My new patient appointment experience was wonderful today! I was seen on time. My hygienist, Nancy was superb. Dr. Moore was great and answered every question. I am looking forward to a long relationship with them. Definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.

Great place to get your teeth taken care of. I come here every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. They send me text messages to keep me reminded about my appointments. Once arrived I have never had to wait and the staff has been very caring and attentive. My teeth look better and my mouth feels much healthier after each cleaning. I would definitely recommend using this dental office.

Over the past two years, every time I have gone here I have waited at least 30 minutes for my appointment and I have seen a different doctor, despite requesting the same one. They have cancelled on me 3 times, including an appointment I made 6 months in advance. Furthermore, they told me about cavities I had, a month after my appointment and neglected to explain the process of a root canal. Today, I went and waited outside in 28 degree weather, while repeatedly knocking on the door, and watching staff walk by who refused to unlock the door. Turns out, they had cancelled my appointment for the third time. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Will not be seeing them again.

We were there for over an hour and only seen for 10 minutes. They left us waiting in the lobby, again in the room, again between the cleaning and exam, The "exam" was only 2 minutes and done by a woman who did not even introduce herself, so I'm not sure if she was a dentist, or assistant or what. They did not have my child brush his teeth or rinse first like they always do and the cleaning was nothing but a quick floss and a buff. Not one person apologized for all the time we were left waiting, no one introduced themselves, and they all looked very irritated about having to be there. I was pressured by 3 different people to make our follow up exam even though I said I was not ready and didn't know my schedule. They continued to pressure and kept saying just make it anyway and i could always cancel if I have to. It was really weird. The worst part was the sign saying they are charging each appt a service charge of $10 because they have to clean more due to Covid. We have not seen ANY other doc office, or business do this. It is extremely immoral. We are in a pandemic! To charge patients extra because you need to sanitize more (which is what you should already be doing) is absolutely taking advantage of people who are already suffering financially due to the pandemic !It's part of business, it's part of an expense that every other business has to incur because of Covid. You don't charge your customers a $10 fee (PER APPT), that's unheard of. We have been coming here for many years but we will not be coming back. We feel so taken advantage of and we were just treated like such a bother, I'm not sure if the place is under new management or what but We won't be coming back.

I have been going to the office for years. This, time the required paperwork for their new system. Letting patients know that arriving a few minutes early would have been helpful. My guess is that the new software was the reason that the mouth guard that I had been fitted with last December never flagged the office staff to let me know that it had arrived and that I could pick it up. Now wondering if it is time to find someone else.

Had a dental emergency and I was taken an hour after I called. The dentist was highly skilled and kept me informed throughout the procedure. Great job and the work was done professionally.

Been going here for many years. Started off very good but in the past 2 years service has been awful. Got 2 fillings a month ago and have been experiencing jaw pain ever since. Also, the wait has been significantly longer due to poor management and uncooperative staff.

Terrible regard for patient's time. I waited for over 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment, and left without being treated due to their blatant disrespect for my time. Also pending necessity for a root canal due to poor workmanship on a simple filling.

Poor Customer Service at the front desk. I've heard racial slurs from front desk. This office is full of drama. I've seen patients kept waiting in the lobby 30 minutes after appointment. Not professional whatsoever.

She is amazing. Came to her with cavities and so many dental issues and she has guided me all the way taking care of my dental needs and restoring my confidence and smile. She ensures her procedures are painless, I repeat absolutely painless. I did an extraction and only felt movement but no pain. Definitely retaining her as my orthodontist. All you need do is tell her what your issue is and she'll find a way. Thanks so much Dr. Uribe.

I had an amazing experience here. I came in for a dental emergency with extreme tooth pain from a broken and infected tooth. The pain was excruciating but the doctor and her team were able to stop the pain and help me repair the tooth. I am so impressed with the quality and swiftness of the pain relief.

Went there for the first time and was in love with the atmosphere and look of the office. Decor is wonderful, the employees are so friendly and accommodating. I had lots of problems to fix, but was on a time constraint, and yet they were able to squeeze in enough of a root canal so I could at least walk out with less pain than I had been experiencing, and I was still able to get out at the time I needed. Totally recommend

Today was my first appointment. I was scheduled for 4pm. I scheduled time off work and got there right before my appointment. I waited half an hour to be taken to the back. I then proceeded to wait another hour to not get seen. All I was told was that the dentist was occupied. I walked out. An hour and 30 mins to not get seen. Understandably, I was upset. I get a call from the office about two hours later (who knows how long it took them to see that I was gone) with a weak apology. As a first time patient you would think they would try to make a positive impression. DON'T GO HERE if you value your time. an apology won't get you your evening or weekend back. If they forgot I existed and clearly overbooked they can forget you too.

So thankful for for Angela and Crystal for their patience with sorting out our insurance situation. We have been seeking a dentist "home" to ensure our routine maintenance is up to date. Everyone was so helpful, honest, and easy to work with! So thankful to have found a dentist for my daughter and I.

Do not go here!! I went here for a few years and every time I came here they would tell me everything is fine, I'm in perfect dental health- no issues. Then they would send me on my way till the next visit. Last time I went there for a cleaning, the hygienist barely touched my teeth and or did anything. After years of this and being told everything is fine I decided to go to another dentist to get checked out and have a proper cleaning. Lo and behold, turns out I had 10 cavities (4 on my top and 6 on my bottom row) and 2 cracked teeth due to old fillings that had expanded. To make matter worse, 2 of the cavities had become so bad that the roots were infected and I had to get 2 root canals. Also, I was diagnosed with a gum infection (periodontal disease) by the new dentist. My new dentist office said my dental care had been so neglected, that they couldn't believe I had been to a dentist recently. The whole time I was going to North Star and thinking everything is okay, and all of this is going on in my teeth. I am so glad I got away from there and will never go back again. It's upsetting because what would have happened if I never went to another dentist? Word of caution: if you go here, you may want to go get another dentist to check you asap
