I have used their services two times over the last five years, and I have nothing but good things to say about their services. Keep up the good work, and it is nice to know we have such a professional dental services in the Bellingham Washington area.

I had 2 root canals done. The procedure went well, the doctor was very professional- all was great thus far. Then I was charged much more than was quoted (called 3 times to confirm the cost). Also, my pharmacy did not receive the prescription for a week. This is the exact opposite of my experience at Horizon Oral Surgery recently. I would encourage to do root canals elsewhere, to avoid surprises.

The procedure was pain free, except for.the numbing. Years ago I had a root canal and the procedure and after was horrible. I was not looking forward to this root canal. It turned better than expected. They have a good procedure.

Every one was wonderful! I'm in the dental field also & expect the quality of care that I pride myself in giving to my patients. Assistant was adorably sweet & Hygienist that anesthetized me did great! Dr Simcock was pleasant & kind. Thank you all for letting me be a patient

I took my daughter to have a procedure. I was going to wait in my car and come up when they called me. They stated that I had to wait in their office. They refused to treat her if I didn't wait there. I don't know what it was that I could do that they couldn't. The staff was the typical 20 somethings Thinking beyond policies like this were beyond these people.

I am feeling relief of pain after having the 2 root canals done. Did not need any pain medication or anti-inflammatory's after the procedure, however, would have greatly appreciated a warning of how excruciatingly painful the numbing shots would be in the front of my mouth! I was not expecting that!

Know your dental plan (if you have one) and check what's covered before seeing any dental care provider. Excellent root canal work and care.

I was advised before the tooth condition may produce some discomfort or pain. Some was experienced, but the dentist and his assistants were very attentive to the potential I was faced with. Afterwards no pain continued, and he recommended a follow-up to repair under the crown involved. They're work is well worthwhile the time and effort to enjoy painless results.

Great staff and Dentist. Calming and relaxing office atmosphere. Almost makes me want to go again just so I could have or another root canal! If you need their services, you will be in good and caring hands.

I was very impressed with the entire team at North Sound... from the moment I walked in the door until I left! Caring and gentle staff and prompt service! I was in and out in 50 mins without pain after.... AMAZING!!! 100% recommend!!!!

This was my first root canal appointment and the staff was just amazing!! They were so very reassuring, and talked you through everything they did, which helps a lot to be in the know. I don't think I could've asked for a better experience than here. They really do treat you well! 100% recommend to anyone!
