I was in excruciating pain and North Shore Dental squeezed me in and got me taken care of. The staff was friendly and as usual I had a great experience!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist!

Friendly. Friendly. Friendly. Everyone! The Doctor spent a lot of time explaining what was going to happen, answered my many questions, and explained the schedule of events along with the costs. Great experience.

I needed to establish a new dentist in Arkansas since I just moved back after 24 years and I must say Dr Brett was very pleasant as well as his staff. He took his time with me and went over everything in detail. I really think I have found my forever dentist .

I have to give Dr. Brett 10 stars!! He was absolutely awesome, he took the time to work me in today. In today's time that's unheard of especially since I'm a new patient, yes that's right Dr. Brett went out of his way to make sure that I left there with my problem solved. Staff was very friendly as well. If you looking for a great dentist look no further. Thanks again for treating me as if I was a patient you've known forever.

I may not of been the most polite of people calling that day especially in regards to everyday stuff and paperwork but holding an arrogant tone then hanging up on me without another word is equally and more so insulting and not something saying you give a rats rear about customers. I'll drive the 36+ miles to my original dentist who's never acted like that to me nor those I personally watch be rude ***** to them. Thanks for your time. P.s. in response to the owners response: There's putting up with rudeness while remaining professional and yours failed that part and your choice of words there at the end of your response shows where they get it from.
