This includes relaxation videos, laughing gas/nitrous oxide, an on-site dental laboratory, cosmetic imaging, TMJ Doppler, Oral Cdx, electronic anesthesia, panoramic radiograph, intra-oral cameras, Diagnodent, apex locators and Zoom Whitening.

Our team of dentists will provide you and your family with excellent preventive and restorative dental care that includes cosmetic fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, periodontics, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, whitening, Invisalign, implants, and sedation-sleep. Complex rehabilitation and dentistry is also available.
Dr. Monica Tanna is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist with experience coast to coast. She specializes in the dental care of children of all ages with a focus on putting children on the path to lifelong healthy teeth right from the start. As a mother herself, Dr. Tanna knows that each child is different and her goal is to establish a positive dental experience from a young ageby creating an oral health plan for each individual based on their dental needs.
Dr. Tanna earned her dental degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery and completed her General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. During her time there she solidified her desire to become a pediatric dentist and continued her trainingby obtaining her specialty degree in Pediatric Dentistry at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center.
After completion of her training, Dr. Tanna spent two years in California working in private practice where she gained experienceacross all aspects of pediatric dentistry. Since movingback to New YorkDr. Tannahas kept herself busyworking in private practice and serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University College of Dentistry.
Currently,Dr. Tannais avoluntary attending in the Department of Dental Medicine at Northwell Health. Sheis also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and New York State Dental Association.

I love North Shore dental! I never thought I would be saying that since I am phobic of dentists and doctors. However this office is compassionate, professional Knowledgeable and understanding. From the initial call I am put at ease by the receptionist. Dr. Yamano is so kind patient and professional. He explains what he's doing in a way that I can understand and is so gentle with the treatment it allows me to calmly proceed with The work needed to be done. I am grateful to North Shore Dental.

They were actually wonderful from stsrt to finish felt very welcomed like they knew me forever did great job smyle XO warm friendly saved me money being honest that didn't need zoom (which was more money) vs Smile XO so happy my friend referred me to this dental group

Dr Effie and Dr Ze are terrific at what they do. My experience (getting lower and upper implants) has gone very smoothly and both have been on top of everything. The Group's Support Staff is terrific as well and are a pleasure to deal with. A great Dental Group from top to bottom and I highly recommend them.

North Shore Dental has been our family dentist for approximately 20 years. We cannot say enough positive things about this office and everyone who works there. Jen, Anna, Dr. Tanna, Dr. Frankis, and the entire office are extremely qualified and professional, as well as patient and kind. I have been coming here for over twenty years for routine dental care, occasional emergency and for teeth cleanings. My Mom comes and my husband. Brought my 13 year old here today. Hello! I called North Shore Dental Group a few minutes ago to ask some questions regarding a dentist referral that we had received. Francesca answered the phone and was polite, friendly and offered to help me even though that particular dentist did not work for their office. Wonderful staff! My 4 year old son felt completely comfortable. Very kid friendly office which helped my son feel more welcomed into the office. Would definitely recommend if any parent is looking for a pediatric dentist. Every dental instrument used on his teeth was introduced to him which made him more aware of what was going on. Glad I received this recommendation.

I have been going to Jen for cleanings for ages - she's wonderful! You can't help but notice how much she cares about her patients. Having an appointment doesn't feel like having a dental appointment, it feels like visiting a friend! In addition to Jen, the rest of the doctors, hygienists, and staff are also lovely. Highly highly recommend this practice!

Been going to Northshore Dental since I was in my 20s ...couple of decades perhaps...I'm very satisfied with their service...they do a great job on my mouth/teeth and I consider them family. No one can scooch on a price for health, cuz our health is worth it. They're not overly priced but everything is priceless in the service they give. Thank you. I couldn't be happier.

After years of going to a dentist in Manhattan, I recently made the decision to go local, and I'm thrilled I did. The practice was very welcoming. The staff was exceptionally warm. Scheduling was easy and convenient with following week availability, whereas my dentist in the city required scheduling months out. My hygienist had a wonderful bedside manner and and her years of experience came through as she efficiently made quick work of my X-rays and cleaning. I'm so happy I made the switch, and would have no reservations in recommending North Shore Dental Group to prospective customers.
