I recently had an emergency root canal done by Dr. Mara Nobel and her Assistant Cheryl Brett-Delong. They were excellent. Dr Nobel was confident, relaxed and professional. She kept me informed every step of the way. Both were very empathetic to my anxiety and Cheryl kindly held my hand at crucial moments during the process. I was very aware that everyone in the office worked together like a team and treated each other as equals. There was a positive energy and camaraderie among the staff that was palpable. I even enjoyed some of the their amusing stories as they worked on me. Put me right at ease. Nice experience as root canals go. Not my first and hopefully my last, but if I ever need another one, I will definitely come back to Dr. Mara Nobel and make a special request for Dr Nobel and Cheryl. Thank you both.

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Roque, Nicole, Sarah, and Kristin. Dr. Roque and Nicole thoroughly explained each step of the process and made me feel comfortable! It was a quick, easy, and painless process!!

I had a very positive experience here. Dental work is expensive and painful. I found the doctor and assistant to be very caring, fully explaining procedures and provided me with options for payments. I would recommend this practice.

Awful experience. They didn't finish the procedure and now claim I did not pay. Little to their knowledge my lawyers have the bank statements and will pressing charges on this scam of an operation. They even went as far as falsifying a phony credit inquiry against my name. Stay away! They will do a botch job and after payment they will deny receiving it and send a collection agency after you!!!! Now they will scramble to find my real name to smear me. Good Luck.

I saw Dr. Synenberg for a root canal and she was great! I am terrified of the dentist and have extreme anxiety, even just for cleanings. She was very patient and understanding with me. I had no pain during or after. Hopefully I never need another, but if I do I know where I would go!

Let me start by saying that I don't normally go to North Shore Endodontics but my dentist has a working partnership with them. Okay with that out of the way it was July 5 and I was eating my lunch a tuna fish sandwich and some chips. As I ate the chips I realized that my temporary cap had come off. I called my dentist real fast and was greeted with the message that he was closed for the July 4th holiday and would not be open till Monday. I left a message and he called me back within 15 minutes and as we talked he told me that North Shore Endonontics in Beverly could see me if I could get up there right away. I ran over there real fast and they got me in quickly and put the cap back on. I was instructed to bite down on a piece of cotton to hold the cap in place and that is when I realized that my dentist was correct and indeed the root might have to be worked on. The pain ran through my whole mouth so they pulled the cap off. The dentist said that if I wanted they could do the root canal or I could wait till I saw my regular dentist. Let me see I am already sitting in the chair, my dentist can't see me for at least 4 days. Of course I said do it. As they started the process and had me sign the consent form Dr. Synenberg got me ready. I flashed back to the last time I had a root canal and was thinking the worst, boy was I wrong. Dr. Synenberg and her team were the best. They made sure that I was not in any pain and explained everything as the process unfolded. Truth be told I think I may have even nodded off as I was so relaxed. The root canal went with out a hitch and she finished a lot sooner than I would have imagined. I was able to get back to work and finished my day. I was and am most grateful for the whole team who were able to fit me in so quickly and take care of a problem that would have only gotten worse before I could see my regular dentist. Would I recommend them to anyone of course I would with out any hesitation. Good service and great people deserve to be noticed. Again Thank you Dr. Synenberg and the whole team in Beverly for the work you did and the great care your provided me even though I was not one of your regular patients.

Excellent results, top flight care, compassion, and plenty of information. Everything you'd hope for in a specialty dental practice. You can't do better than Dr. Synenberg.
