This review is LONG overdue. Please keep reading. A couple of years ago (maybe more) I took my daughter to see a dentist in phoenix because she was having discomfort around one molar. After a few X-rays the dentist came out and told me that my daughter, 5/6 years old at the time, needed to have 6 teeth removed and would require anesthesia services, etc. I questioned how that was possible since she really did have good teeth, but one problem area. He made sure I knew that I was incapable of identifying the "real problem". I was in utter shock and actually in tears. I decided to get a second opinion. I stumbled upon Dr. Scott's website and decided to call them for a second opinion. I didn't tell Dr. Scott any details other than that I have copies of her X-rays and that I wanted a second opinion. He looked at the X-rays and then asked if he could have more taken at his office. Once they finished the X-rays, Dr. Scott pulled me and my daughter into his office and explained that Emma had a molar with some decay, but that it wasn't something he would have to extract. I told him our story and he was in complete shock. We scheduled an appointment thereafter to treat her molar. Emma was quite scared, understandably, and I assured her that this experience would be different. I failed to mention earlier that the "other" dentist made it a point to tell my daughter that she was not doing good at taking care of her teeth. Anyway, Dr. Scott treated her molar and was so good with her. It is obvious that his care is personalized towards each patient individually. He is so good with children and has a way of making them feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter continues to see him (8 now) and is actually excited to go to the dentist. I am so grateful to him and his outstanding staff. They are patient-satisfaction focused, and genuinely great people.

6/4/22 - Once again Dr. Wexler dental hygienist team did an excellent job caring for my son's cleaning! They're just great with special needs children. It's nice to have folks like them to handle the challenges with children that need special care! Visited Dr Wexler again for a second visit and teeth cleaning. The dental hygienists (Shauna and Michelle) did and excellent job cleaning my son's teeth. They were very patient and did a great job. It is very challenging cleaning my sons teeth and they did great. Thank you very much! My son is a new patient with special needs and Dr Wexler and his staff were excellent. They were very accommodating and were extremely patient with my son.

From a very young age my daughter has been coming to see Dr. Wexler and his staff. She is 6 and goes back on her own for her cleaning and x-rays and then I join her for interaction with the hygienist and Dr. Wexler. I can honestly say that every single person in that office is friendly and professional. We love the atmosphere and technical skills of Dr. Wexler and his staff but also feel that we are valued and my daughter seems happy about her experiences so then what is there not to love?

Over 10-years of our kids visiting Dr. Wexler. Great office, great staff, excellent dentist. Office is clean, organized, polite, and of course, family friendly. Even after moving much farther away, we've continued to send our kids to Dr. Wexler.

Always a great experience from beginning to end! Scheduling worked with us to move the existing appointment to be able have the cleaning and the extraction recommended by the orthodontist completed in the same visit. Cleaning and treatment were completed in a timely manner without any problems. And Stephanie followed up with a call later that afternoon to make sure my kiddo was doing okay.

Very friendly & fun office. My 13-month-old loved exploring all the toys available in the waiting & exam rooms. The assistants & doctor took time to visit & play with my daughter before going into the exam part. Also took time to answer all my questions. I am confident in their expertise as well. Appreciated all their tips to avoid bad habits that lead to tooth decay & start good habits like brushing with a tad of fluoride toothpaste & flossing even this early. My daughter is still playing with the balloon she got to take home with her. They work hard to make it a praceful, enjoyable visit for parent & child. :)
