I am very fortunate to have a profession that I care deeply about, in an accommodating community to both work and raise a family. The personal relationships I have cultivated with my patients over the years are certainly an added bonus. I have a relationship with my patients that goes above and beyond a standard doctor/patient relationship.
I am most passionate about relieving patients anxiety, and achieving outcomes that transform their smiles. I am also very gratified when I can get patients out of discomfort or pain. My patients are very appreciative and grateful for the services I am able to provide, and there is no better feeling than helping someone improve his or her quality of life!
I earned my Bachelor of Science at Fordham University before obtaining my Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. I would later complete a two-year residency through New York Universitys implant dentistry fellowship program.
I believe the continual pursuit of continuing education is vital for a dentist to remain current with existing and future technologies. I have logged more than a thousand hours of continuing education through the Tri-State Study Club, the Westchester Study Club, the Pankey Institute, the Spear Academy, and the Dawson Academy, all to better myself as a dentist and benefit my patients.
When Im not working, I love spending time with my wife Suzanne, my daughter Paige, my son Freddie, and our dogs, Daisy & Milo. We reside in Somers, and I can usually be found on a ball field helping coach my sons baseball team or at community events about town. I really enjoy watching my kids sports and the social aspect that comes with that. I also enjoy golfing and skiing when time allows.
I strongly believe in giving back and am very active in my community. I am involved with social activities within Somers. That includes volunteering with my church and the towns youth sports programs.
Shana loves getting to know our patients on a personal level while making them feel comfortable and welcomed. She gets a lot of satisfaction knowing how important her job is for maintaining our patients oral health, and by educating them about maintaining a healthy, gorgeous smile they can be proud of.

Dr. Faustini is an exceptional Dentist along with his staff and state-of-the-art office and dental procedures. My Family has been relying on Dr. Faustini during the past 20+ years and continue to travel to North Salem after a relocation to Lower Westchester. Dr. Faustini's competent skills are complimented by his strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to his patients. Many thanks for being there during all our Dental needs!

Best dentist. I have had such a hard time finding a reputable dentist in the past. Unfortunately, a lot of them just drill, fill, and bill. Not here. North Salem Dental has integrity and I never have to worry when I come here! Finally, a place I can trust!

I called as a potential new patient because I had heard such good things about Dr. Faustini. However the receptionist, (not sure which if there are multiple) but it was an older woman, was BEYOND rude and condescending. Singlehandedly cost their practice a new patient based solely on her attitude from the second she picked up the phone- and I have a feeling I'm not the first. Made me question the practice as a whole, seeing as they are willing to employ somebody with such a horrible attitude.

Best Dentist hands down. From preparing you for your appointment and the check in after North Salem Dental Care and Dr. Faustini are simply top quality care. From all the Covid precautions being taken you know you are in a safe and clean environment. I recently had some dental work done and couldn't be more pleased with my care.

Perfection, from front office to artisan smiles. Dr. Faustini holds the highest standards in safeguarding against Covid 19 for his patients and his staff. Unique, Dr. Faustini is very high tech and highly professional yet, he delivers that perfection with a warm, gentle and caring approach. As a new patient, with tremendous anxiety and a very complex case, Dr. Faustini and his incredible staff were never too busy to answer questions to alleviate my fears, even when I asked them a hundred times. Carla in the front office answered questions, I hadn't even thought of and Lynn, just magical, to make sure my time in that chair was comfortable. Having gone through a tremendous amount of work, I never ever had pain, and grew to love that chair. Today, I have a beautiful smile. Search no more if you want the perfect Dentist with an incredibly knowledgeable and caring staff, always available with zero wait times.

I've been seeing Dr. Faustini in this office for 20 years and he's really great. I have TMJ and he's always been kind enough to take many short breaks to allow me to rest my jaw, even massaged it once during an especially long filling, rather than worrying only about rushing through to get to his next patient. He's incredibly nice and caring. They're always upgrading their equipment and have flat screen TVs in every room. Huge aquarium, tables & chair for the kids in the waiting room. Absolutely recommended! Docked one star only because they're expensive and, not that it mattered to me since I've never had dental insurance, but they don't take ANY insurance. At least not the last time I was there. Still highly recommended even though I'll be paying them off the rest of my life.

Dr. Faustini has taken excellent care of my teeth. I feel completely confident in trusting him with my dental health. He does great work and is concerned with the patient as a whole. He has a good sense of humor and is friendly. He is a good listener. He is very patient. The office is immaculate. The driveway is always plowed in winter.

I have had poor experiences with other dentists but Dr. Faustini and his staff have been amazing for everything from general cleaning visits to more severe work like root canals.
