Dr. Richard Steinberg formed North River Dental Group, PA, in 1982. Hes a graduate of Emory University School of Dentistry and received his Fellowship in the Academy of Cad/Cam Dentistry of North America, where he served as President.
He has been practicing dentistry in Ellenton, Florida, with a focus on cosmetics, for more than 35 years, and has established himself as a trendsetter in the community by utilizing the most up-to-date, cutting edge technology in his dental practice
Dr. Steinberg is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, where he was awarded a Fellowship in dental implantology. In addition, he has trained other dentists as a certified trainer in the International Society of Computerized Dentistry and has published several articles on Digital Dentistry for the dental community.
As a Consultant for Kodak and Carestream Dental, he assisted in the development of software programs involved with dental office management, implant planning, and same-day design of dental restorations. As a Key Opinion Leader for Carestream Dental, he assisted in the development of a new intraoral digital scanner to eliminate the need for conventional impressions.
Dr. Steinberg has lectured and instructed other dentists from coast to coast on Digital scanning, same-day crowns, and staining of porcelain restorations. His passion is to provide high tech, cutting edge dentistry to our community. He is a Life Member of the American Dental Association and past president of the Manatee Dental Society.
Dr. Delrose is a graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry, he then finished a Fellowship in Prosthetics before joining the U.S. Navy. His last duty in the Navy was as the branch Prosthodontist. He joined North River Dental, a private dental practice in Ellenton, in 1997. In 2017, he received his Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
Since 1997, he helped developed a Case Presentation Module for Kodak SoftDent; been a Beta Testers for Dexis, Dentsply, Kodak, and Trophy. He has been published in J.A.D.A. and Dental Economics. Dr. Delrose has produced a training video in conjunction with Knight Dental Group in Clearwater Florida, he was a spotlight speaker at the 2006 Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and in 2008 lectured at the Academy of CAD/CAM Dentistry. Dr. Delrose is a board member of the Academy of CAD/CAM Dentistry and the North American Editor for the International Journal of Computerized Dentistry. Has been featured on Good Morning America speaking about Invisalign and is seen locally every month on Studio 10, a local C.B.S. affiliate program here in Tampa. Dr. Delrose is a Certified Trainer for the International Society of Computerized Dentistry and is an Advance Trainer for Patterson Dental and Sirona. He trains other dentists for the Institute of Computerized Dentistry in Ellenton, Florida. Dr. Delrose is a member of the ADA, FDA, WCDA, MDA, AACD, FACD, ISCD, CAI, and the ACCD (Academy of CAD/CAM Dentistry), which he was a past president. He is also a Key Opinion Leader for Carestream Dental. Dr. Delrose also practices four days a week at his private practice in Ellenton, and faces the same challenges in dentistry, but solves them with technology expected from an office in New York or Miami.
Dr. Delrose has two children, his daughter graduated from the University of Alabama, and his son recently received his Masters in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech. Dr. Delrose is an avid sailor, a licensed USCG Captain, and still has been married for over 28 years.

I am extremely impressed with both physicians and staff at North River dental. The genuine friendliness, courtesy and professionalism that I was afforded was exceptional!! Upon arrival at the office, I was always seen within minutes. I have been involved in the healthcare industry for over 40 years, and can truthfully say that North River Dental is a fine-tuned practice exceeding every expectation!!

I accompanied my husband to his consultation today and I was extremely impressed in the kindness and professionalism of the staff and the doctor we saw. The North River team continues to amaze me. I usually deal with Dr. Delrose, who is incredible and so personable. However, on my visit yesterday, he wasn't available, so Dr. Raj took me in. Dr. Raj was just as personable and easy to work with. He thoroughly explained everything to me and got me in and out with no pain at all. He even called in my prescription between procedures to ensure it was ready the moment I left the office. Billing was a breeze and fair, as always, despite my insurance change. This dental office is a godsend. I am so fortunate to have found them. A++++++ team!

Everyone is SO kind and friendly. I can't say enough about the absolute most comfortable and painless dental experience I have ever experienced. If you are dreading but know you need to get to the dentist this is absolutely the people you want taking care of your teeth. If it's the simplest need to the absolute extreme, I guarantee you will be so thankful you made the decision to have your dental work done here! They amazingly make it extremely enjoyable just by how personable each person is there and the ease of the work done! Don't hesitate. Let go of the fear!! I promise you - they've got you! Make that appointment. You won't regret it. I know I haven't. They are amazing!!!!

I've been a patient at North River Dental for 10 years. I've never had any problems and just went in for routine cleanings and check ups. Recently I woke up with terrible tooth pain. I called Shannon, the office manager and she got me right in. I ended up needing a tooth extraction and eventually a bridge. Dr. Raj and Dr Steinberg were so thorough, professional and caring. Also Sara and Heather were wonderful. The whole office is caring, organized and professional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a patient for more than 10 years and have gone through many dental procedures. Always wonderful care from a great team. Best dentists I have ever had through a long lifetime. Recently moved away and actually flew back to Florida for my final dental procedure and cleaning.
