Dr. Peter MacGillivray was born and raised in Massachusetts, attending Worcester State College before attending dental school where he earned his D.D.S. from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry. Upon graduating in 1984, there was a job opening at a practice in Rhode Island and he liked the state and practice so much, he never left!
Dr. MacGillivray has been practicing family dentistry as a dentist in North Providence, RI from the same office for the past 35 years. Besides his dental practice and maintaining active involvement in the community, Dr. MacGillivray is a musician and enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Dr. Rogers returned to Rhode Island to practice dentistry and has been compassionately treating patients since 2006. She is well-versed in general dentistry and additional services, such as Invisalign, Botox, and fillers.

My 1st visit was on 11/3. I met Lindsey at the front desk, and I immediately sensed a caring, thorough and thoughtful practice.My hygienist Caitlyn was kind and explained in detail my dental care. She was amazing. Dr Moore, equally so. I am grateful to all who made my first visit such a positive experience.

This is my second visit with North Providence Dental Association and again was greeted with a smile when checking in. When I went in was treated as if they cared to be helping me with my service. You can't find a better place to go to. Didn't have a long wait time. I highly recommend North Providence Dental Associates. Great service. Great staff. Monique is very nice and professional. I met a new dentist, Dr. Moore, who is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a great job with filings. The new hygienist, RJ is super nice and friendly.

They were fantastic!!!! I have not been to dentist is forever and they didn't make me feel bad about it! I'm looking forward to working with them on getting my smile beautiful!!!! I will Recommend them to everyone!!!!. I was so nervous going to the dentist I forgot my hygienist name! All I know is she had big brown eyes and long eyelashes and was the nicest person! Update. I went today and I will tell you they where just as good as before. Walked me through everything and will continue to get me the smile that I want! Thank you NPDA... you guys are amazing Update! Bethany!! That was her name! You are amazing! Thank you for making me laugh and feel comfortable! This place is amazing

The Doctor suggested implant and I did and this clinic put my crown but a couple of months it is movable and they let me wait for almost a month as they claim they order something ,put a temporary but no calls or update what is going on .Hoping this week I will have an answer for my case . My suggestion is if you did implant do also crown in one clinic so that if there is an issue they will do an action immediately.

Everyone at North Providence dental are pleasant, professional and courteous. Never more than just a couple minutes wait and everyone in the office from the front desk to the exam room never make you feel like you're being rushed and they answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

My first visit there, not having seen a dentist in a year and a half Bethanny is a fantastic hygienist and Dr. Mac was gracious and terrific! I highly recommend their practice!

Great service. Great staff. Monique is very nice and professional. She got me an appointment very quickly. The hygienist Sonia is great and caring. They are very helpful. Dr. Rogers is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Lisa is my hygienist I absolutely adore her!!! She is very good at her job and trust me you will laugh the whole time!! Great doctor Dr Mac is wonderful !!! Great staff!!
