It was my first time to deal with the clinic so check the internet for reviews. Some are really not encouraging but since it was the closest to our place we went in. Oh my! All I can say are great words for all of the staff I had dealt with. Barbara at the receiving area was so welcoming and sweet and assisted me and family to the proper department we were looking for. Then Maria at the immunization department was so nice. Had what we went to care for without any issues. And an airhead as I am, forgot my wallet on the waiting area. Maria called our number about it. I cant imagine why they would have a negative review. Thanks again to the staff.

You can't go back with you little child. You have to wait out in the lobby. Wile they do extractions, filling, Or any dental work in general. That's super Sketchy cause the child can't speak for itself. But the staff is actually very nice.

Went for my Moderna Booster Shot, got in and out they had the dosages readily available and the staff was warm and friendly, painless process highly recommend!

I was referred to this place to possibly help with 2 root canals I recently figured out that I needed . Obviously without dental insurance this is pretty hefty $$ so I searched for a place that could help or workout payment plans . A good friend told me to call CenterPlace Health. The lady on the phone was horrible (Veronica) and basically said its children only and then got quiet and didn't help at all . All in all my search is still on to find affordable dental for someone who is not insured . If that helps anyone before calling and wasting their time.

Literally the worst doctors office I've been to in my life. They literally will keep u on hold for 40 mins and then just hang up. They never answer the phone. I've had times I was extremely sick and needed a doctors appointment and they wouldn't answer for me to get a appointment let alone help me.

They will schedule you for an appointment two weeks out, and then when you show up for the original date and time they'll say they kept trying to get a hold of you to let you know that the time changed. Why even schedule the original appt in the first place then? It's not my personal problem that you guys didn't have someone available during a time when YOU scheduled me to come in. They don't care at all that maybe you took off work for your appointment... Just to drive thirty minutes and have no appointment. I am highly unimpressed with their unprofessionalism and I will NEVER be coming back here for anything. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this place - unless you want to pull your hair out and lose time, money and excitement(for us pregnant women) for absolutely nothing. They are about as professional as a McDonald's.

Worst clinic to go if you are pregnant. They really don't care about you, they just make you go and not do anything to you(want there money fast). Not recommended at all, this clinic need a lot of change.

There is no structure here, its as if this place is connected to several other places. I've tried calling multiple times no one answers. They never sent me an email for connecting a portal to my records. How am I suppose to get information if there not providing it. I see why this place has low ratings.

My daughter was sent home from school and can't go back without a doctor's note. I called her doctor and cant get a sick appointment for her because they are very unorganized. It's unfair to my child and very unprofessional of the staff to tell me to bring her to an emergency room when she needs to see her doctor. Very disappointing. What has become of the healthcare these days.

the doctor's are great but getting someone on the phone is ridiculous wait times are outrageous for example I'm a first time mom I called to see if i should be worried about my 2 month old having a slight fever it took someone 3 hours to call me back but once u get past the check in and waiting area the doctors are great

Excellent doctors but lousy customer service. Today I called the clinic needing a question regarding insurance acceptance and they left me on hold for 25 minutes. This is unacceptable!

Why do we pay for their phones when they do not answer them?! Two days no one to answer the calls on option 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8?! What in the world??? Morninng, mid day, after noon....come on, return the message, maybe...in 7 days can you call back? Is that enough time to call back? We are still waiting....21st centuary? No.......ok.......my dad needs medication!
