I had my deep cleaning, filling, and regular cleaning here and Dr Martinez is highly recommended!!! Shes a very good dentist. I am always satisfied and happy after my dental appointment with them. Her Dental Assistant Ana helps a lot too to make my procedures become so easy and successful, I'd say they have a very good chemistry. The one sitting at the lobby, their Office Manager Assesly is so accommodating and friendly as well.

I highly recommend North Pointe Dental. The doctor had great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I had a great experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. They won't disappoint you, but they will leave you with a beautiful smile in the end

The doctor and the staff are amazing. I always feel comfortable going there as they always keep me at ease. I hate going to the dentist but now I'm feeling better about my visits without freaking out .

I'm late with this review but better late than never. Over the summer I switched from this dental office to another one. I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at this place. They have absolutely no bedside manner. The dentist handled my mouth like it was a piece of meat. Gave me nothing to numb me before actually sticking those huge dental needles in my gumbs. During my procedure when I started tearing up and showing obvious signs of pain the dentist acted as if that displeased her. My mouth was sore for over a week after visiting this place. My current dentist performed way more invasive procedures last week and I have had hardly any pain afterwards. Save yourself some time and pain...go somewhere else.

Horrible bedside manner. Dentist gives inconsistent information. Dentist won't return calls. They will make up a problem just to make money off of you after first telling you there is no problem. They take a long lunch break but leave their doors unlocked and then criticize you for coming through their open doors. No diversity. I recommend going someplace else.

Worst dentist in Las Vegas. He'll shatter your Teeth then make you pay to have the rest of the tooth pulled out then you'll have to pay over 2000 to put in an implant on the tooth that he shattered. Also his crowns are constantly falling out, Even after he recements them two or three times they will continue to fall out. This guy should not be able to practice

I called and asked if they were contracted with my insurance, stated they were. Husband goes in at 230pm they take xrays, have him wait till 5pm and then say we do not accept your insurance. Charge him for xrays.
