So I called this location today and a woman named Stephanie answered the call and I asked politely then she hung up on me while I was talking then She did it again on the second time I call. No phone etiquette, rude very unprofessional staff

I can't recommend this place enough l was terrified to get my wisdom teeth out and they were excellent! The assistant I unfortunately can't remember her name was so friendly and personable really helped to ease my anxiety! They were very in depth with aftercare they also made it a point to call and check on me later in the day!!!

10/10 would recommend! Bad wisdom teeth pulled in "3min at most" was my experience! It took longer to wait pre op (and post op) than the surgery itself! Bedside manner of Dr. Tinder was friendly and comfortable. Nurses nice too. Will recommend!

I wish I could give this practice more than 5 stars! It was seriously the best experience I have ever had with a dental issue. Dr. Tunder has an amazing "can do" attitude that is contagious, and totally put me at ease. He, and all of the staff at North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery have the knowledge, expertise, and compassion that make them absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

I got four of my wisdom teeth pulled. Surgery was very fast and efficient and Dr. Tunder made sure I was comfortable. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure things were going well a few hours later. Had an extremely good experience here at NPOS.

I've been trying to seeing an oral surgeon for the last five months. Dr. Singh has called to cancel my appointment TWICE now, both times because he "needed to leave early" on that day. I'm going to die of a dental abscess long before Dr. Singh decides that it's worth sticking around his office for a full day. If you can, avoid these people like the plague that they are.

My son had implants done and Dr. Tunder kept us informed of the steps and process. Kept me posted on his progress and checked in after to make sure all was good.

Had my wisdom teeth extracted today and from the initial consult to the actual surgery today, Dr. Tunder and his team were top notch. I was pretty nervous going in as I've never had anesthesia before but it went off without a hitch and I'm sitting here with minimal pain and swelling. Can't recommend NPOS and Dr. Tunder enough!

Great place .... Great people. No one want to have teeth removed, but these folks are the best!!! They are set up to have you in and taken care of with no waiting....I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I came to Dr, Samir Singh with seroius medical concerns relating to my jaw and face. He and his team took a compassionate and professional approach to finding a solution that resulted in the most positive outcome. I was impressed with the diligence Dr. Singh showed throughout the process. He and his team went above and beyond, practicing my surgery several times virtually prior to the day of procedure. Thanks to Dr. Singh, Dr. Ochs and the professional staff at North Pittsburgh Dental Surgery I have been given back the quality of life I had lost prior to their care. Thank you Dr. Singh, and Thank you NPDS! .

Two of my kids had to get teeth removed in the same day. Everything was organized and well done. We were out of there so quickly and the kids recovered fast.

10/10 would have my teeth pulled here again! (only if medically necessary). 1. Initial consultation was easy to set up and very delightful. I called, provided relevant information, went to the office, got an x-ray, and was scheduled for extraction. 2. When an insurance billing mishap happened, I just called the NPOS office and they helped me fix the issue right away. 3. I was given thorough pre-op instructions, and gave me a reminder call before the surgery. 4. they let me reschedule the surgery twice without hassle. 5. On the day of the surgery, they helped me get comfortable and then I was out with IV sedation. I remember NOTHING. 6. They checked up on me after the operation to make sure I was okay. 7. Dr. Roccia is super friendly and had a reassuring vibe that helped me be at ease before the surgery. 8. They provided me with ice packs and other things that would aid me in my recovery! 9. I am currently recovering with stitches in my mouth, I am not in pain because I followed the post op instructions and I am feeling really good 10. A+ superb amazing thank you

I had a great experience at North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery. Dr. Singh is wonderful! Very patient and explains the procedure well. My procedure was quick and painless and everyone in the office is helpful and pleasant.

The entire team was kind and understanding. I had to reschedule a few times and they were pleasant and accommodating. This was my first time ever getting serious dental work done and Dr. Roccia was so kind and made me very comfortable. I hope to not need an oral surgeon anytime soon but I will certainly be back and would recommend the team to any of my friends and family.
