Absolutely terrible. If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend doing so. They were wonderful years ago and now they are terrible. Most don't have another choice like me but if you do, go elsewhere!

I want to thank Dr.Faigen and Mandy for the wonderful care they gave me. I am a very nervous person when having to go to the dentist. They explained everything and I never felt any pain what so ever when Dr.Faigen extracted 3 of mine teeth. I certainly recommend Dr. Faigen and Mandy to anyone and of course NPOS. Thank you again.

This is a great place for any tooth extraction! I got my wisdom teeth out here and Dr. Roccia and his team did a great job! They made me feel comfortable and they were so quick with pulling 4 teeth. I was worried it would hurt a lot after but it really didn't. They also called to check up to see how I was doing! Fantastic place

called to get free consultation for upper teeth extracted and implants. They couldn't do it unless I had a referral from another dentist. I guess they don't need the work and money.

It's always great to laugh... I am so grateful that I found Such a wonderful practice to come to. I feel so comfortable when I'm visiting your office. And a HUGE Thank you goes out to Alaina W. Dr Singh and his staff were awesome and wisdom teeth extractions went well for my son. Quick and easy from Denise at the front to the Doctor and assistant in the back. A++ service--would highly recommend for all services from extractions to implants.

My daughter had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Samir Singh and his assistant, Kendall. We had a great experience and thought everyone was very kind, compassionate, and truly cared about my daughter's wellbeing and recovery. Kendall took plenty of time to go over post-op guidance and Dr. Singh called later in the day to follow-up and make sure she was doing okay. I'm impressed by the communication, kindness, and professionalism of all the office staff and Dr. Singh. I'm recommending Dr. Singh and this office to anyone who needs an oral surgeon!

The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The building itself is very clean, organized and is comfortable. The dr is very friendly, excellent oral surgeon and very comfortable to talk to i would highly recommend them. Update:: I posted the upper review when I went in for the doctor to view what he was going to be doing, before my surgery Dec 10th i had all my teeth extracted. A frenectomy on my upper lip. An immediate dentures. I was terrified. Noone likes dental anything esp surgery but the staff was very kind and understood. Theyre Very straightforward. They got right to the surgery. I was out before I knew it. I woke up an walked to my car where my bf was waiting. I was sad all my teeth were gone it was emotional but they did a EXCELLENT job. I healed up great thus far. The frenectomy still is healing as it takes longer than tooth extractions. The tooth extraction sites are 100percent healed. The office is very clean. Very friendly. Very hardworking. And know what theyre doing. Id highly recommend them for any oral surgery. I walked in at 930. Left at 1030. I have a TON of teeth removed both visable and broken at the gum line plus a frenectomy done in basically an hour. Amazing!

Dr roccia and his assistants were fantastic...9 teeth out in 10 minutes..no pain....very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and helpful...highly recommend

I had a tooth extraction scheduled with Dr. Roccia and he is amazing. SO nice and attentive. I'm a little more of a difficult patient because it's harder for me to get numb and he was able to do so! Highly recommend them.

I had a broken tooth extracted and the staff there was great as well as Dr.Singh. I wasvery nervous and decided to b sedated,best choice ever..thank you to Dr and staff...highly recommend!!

I just had dental surgery yesterday. Dr. Roccia is terrific and his staff is second to none. He makes you feel very comfortable and phones you later in the day to see how you are feeling. I give them 10 stars because they are over the top

Dr. Samir Singh and his assistant Kendall. But either was extremely professional, polite and caring. Beginning to the end they made me feel comfortable & confident through everything. The rest of the staff were from front office to the other assistants were very polite. The building was clean and neat. They are a must recommended.

All of my wisdom teeth (were) impacted. I've been struggling to find an oral surgeon who would accept my insurance (UPMC For You) past age 25. I'm 27. I've also been hassled over x-rays, referrals, etc. everywhere that I've turned. My wisdom teeth were pushing into my other teeth causing excruciating pain. North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery in Natrona Heights scheduled me for an appointment right away! No questions asked. The office is immaculate, the girls and Dr. Singh are SO KIND and welcoming. After my first evaluation, I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed only 2 days later! I literally just got my teeth removed 3 hours ago and I feel no pain, discomfort, or nausea. Dr. Singh's assistant, Kendall, was very sweet, smart, and provided me with all of the information that I needed for a healthy recovery. I will recommend NPOS in Natrona Heights to anyone in need of Oral Maxillofacial surgery. I don't believe there is anyone better than them. Kendall, thank you for everything - and don't forget about that Dove Textures leave-in conditioner! Lol

Dr Singh and Brie his assistant where amazing . I have anxiety and am fight cancer and they made the tooth removal a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
