I will never go back. I had teeth removed and received no pain meds. I was told to take ibprofin even I told the staff I have kidney failure an was unable to. I Also informed them I had high liver enzymes and am not allowed Tylenol. I don't recommend them to anyone. Go else where. If I could give no star I would!!!

My daughter went in for her wisdom teeth to be extracted and we found some of the staff to be very unpleasant. After a few weeks, one of the holes left wasn't feeling right to her and wasn't closing. Went in for another appointment and was told nothing was wrong. 3 months later my daughter just pulled, what was left of, a tooth from the hole. It was the size of half a dime.

The only problem you will have with this place is the Secretary, she has a very nasty and rude attitude every time you CALL, she acts like she hates her job! She needs a new profession instead of talking to people any kind of way, and it's not like you can call and talk to someone else, it's the same rude person over and over again! The Doctors and other staff members are amazing and get the job done well!

Just had some teeth extracted and all four of my wisdom teeth cut out of my jaw and sinuses. I was really nervous because this was my first time being put under, and everyone there couldn't have been more comforting! The nurses who were in the room with me (and even one's who weren't) were so kind, friendly, and hospitable! Dr. Tunder explained the entire procedure in detail and answered any questions I had during the consultation appointment. He even went out of his way to answer a few personal dental questions I had that didn't pertain to my surgery with him at all. It meant so much to me because he could have easily said it wasn't his problem to listen to my other dental questions and concerns. It turns out that I don't sedate very well and woke up doing my surgery, a little freaked out to say the least, and everyone did their best to make me feel as ease and relaxed during the remainder. When it was finished, the doctor and nurse sat down and went over everything from tge surgery to after care and once again answered any questions I had. Then, even though I was not alone, a nurse walked me all the way to the car, holding my arm the entire way (and it was freezing outside!!). This office derserves 10 stars! I, honestly, question how anyone could have a poor experience here. It's obvious they strive to have impeccable patient/customer service! A HUGE thank you to all of the staff at North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery in Ellwood City and Dr .Tunder!! A+

Dr. Tunder and the entire staff were extremely pleasant and professional, they explained my procedure as well as answer all of my questions. Without a doubt I would recommend them to others.

I was disappointed in the staff. No one is super friendly, or are willing to make their costumes/patients feel comfortable. I've never neen put under or has a surgery in my life, went here for wisdom teeth extraction and basically left crying.. Which the nurse blamed on the medication. Not true.. It was the unwelcoming, cold staff and Doctor. Doctor came in, didn't even introduce himself. Sat down and immediately starting putting in my IV without a word. I was basically awake during the surgery and no one was comforting me when I was clearly worried and freaking out. Horrible experience, so glad I never have to go back. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
