Following in his footsteps, his son, Dr. Hammad R. Amjad , joined the practice and continue to work passionately with his father to meet the highest standards of dental care. Dr. Hammad R. Amjad , a native of Philadelphia, is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and has been practicing dentistry since 2007. Prior to starting his dental training he completed his undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Biology. He has a deep interest in preventive dental care and believes patient education is paramount in successful treatment. He has spent significant time in community service as he has volunteered his services to under served communities and in local health fairs. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Association.
Dr. Amjad enjoys rooting for his local teams and is a lifelong fan of the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers. In his free time he enjoys working on cars, creating ceramic art pieces, and playing sports. He is an avid reader and enjoys spending time traveling to different parts of the world when he is away from his work.
Dr. Hajira A. Zulfiqar graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2005 and has been providing compassionate dental care for over a decade now. She is a native of Philadelphia and grew up in North Wales where she attended North Penn High School. Upon completing her high school education she attended Bryn Mawr College and graduated with a degree in Biology before moving on to her dental training at Temple University.
Dr. Zulfiqar has remained active in her dental education and is proud to welcome patients to a practice where she can use her invaluable dental experience and knowledge combined with her compassionate nature to provide nothing but the best in dental care. Her philosophy of service to the patient along with the support of a handpicked, knowledgeable team creates excellence in both patient care and clinical results.
Dr. Zulfiqar is married and resides in South Philadelphia along with her husband and their three beautiful and energetic children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Wow! What a pleasant experience! I decided to go with Amjad Dental based on a recommendation from a friend and I was so glad I did! I was having my biannual checkup and cleaning performed by Dr. Amjad and he proved to be very professional and had excellent bedside manner. He was thorough in his examination, cleaning and provided answers to all the questions I had. The office itself was very well kept, clean and was centrally located. The office staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Definitely a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a pleasant experience! I decided to go with Amjad Dental based on a recommendation from a friend and I was so glad I did! I was having my biannual checkup and cleaning performed by Dr. Amjad and he proved to be very professional and had excellent bedside manner. I went to this doctor when I didnt have a lot of teeth left. I was in so much pain unbearable pain I can't smile I'm depressed because of my teeth I can't eat or do anything. Then this doctor Amjad fix my teeth. He took away the pain I have no more pain anymore he made me able to smile again eat again and really feel confident about my self again I'm really very thankful for this doctor and I really really appreciate everything he's done
