Dr. Kim and the staff at North Penn Endodontics were great. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and they accepted my dental plan. I'll admit I'm a bit of a sissy when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Kim calmed my nerves, he was patient and kind. The procedure went well with no pain, even after the Novocain wore off, I only had a bit of discomfort. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim.

I was petrified when I heard the words, root canal. They explained every step of what was going to happen before and during the procedure, why they were doing it and what to expect afterwards. I wasn't in any pain at all or uncomfortable in any way. It was easier than getting a Brazilian bikini wax and I am so grateful they could take me so quickly.

Where do I even begin? I was seen at my family dentist at 930 in the morning for 10 out of 10 pain resulting in the need for an emergent Root Canal. After calling all of the Endodontists in my area, our options for availability were quickly exhausted. Out of desperation, the receptionist turned to me and asked "how far are you willing to drive?" With the amount of pain I was in, I quickly responded "anywhere!" and I am so thankful I did. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. I am so thankful that all the local Endodontists were booked and I was left with no choice but Dr. Newman and Penn Endodontics. The care I received their is unmatched. From the initial phone call, to the follow up phone call to check on me to see how I was feeling. As a Registered Nurse of over 10 years, I know the healthcare system is not what is used to be. Sometimes it feels like the caring and compassion is a thing of the past. But that is not the case here. Dr. Newman explained every detail of the procedure before starting. What to expect before, during, and after the procedure. This was very much appreciated and I can see how this would be very reassuring for those who are afraid of having dental work. I can say with 100% honesty that I did not feel 1 ounce of pain from start to finish. Even the initial numbing was painless. So much appreciated as I was in so much pain already. Upon completion of the Root Canal, Dr. Newman made sure I was feeling okay to drive home having known I hadn't slept in days due to the pain. He gave me a soda for a little caffeine boost and also proceeded to tell me where the best local donut shops were in case I wanted to stop. Having left such an impression, I wanted to call my family dentist right away to tell them about my positive experience. No surprise at all that Dr. Newman had already called my dentist to tell them how my procedure went and to discuss follow up care. Wow. I am totally impressed. Dr. Newman and the entire team at North Penn Endodontics.....Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will most definitely make the 1.5 hour drive back in the future should I ever need your care again. You have a patient for life.

I had to get a root canal done on my tooth and my dentist referred me to North Penn Endodontics and Dr. Greg Newman and I went to read reviews about the office and the dentists there. All the reviews I read about Dr. Greg Newman are absolutely true! I was very nervous going to a new office but what a great dentist he is and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed once you meet him. He explains your entire procedure step by step as he goes and makes sure you don't feel ANY PAIN whatsoever. I felt so relaxed after my root canal and would return to him if I ever needed other work no doubt at all. He is great at what he does. To all you wimps like me out there ask to see Dr. Greg Newman he is one of the BEST and PAIN FREE dentists I've ever gone to!!!

If you are afraid of root canals, please read this review! Dr. Greg Newman is amazing. I have had a lot of issues with the pain from Novocain and bad experiences with needles. Dr. Greg had to give me multiple injections and I didn't even feel them. I experienced no pain from start to finish and didn't have the usual pain after the procedure. Dr. Greg talked through the whole process before beginning the procedure and also prescribed medicine to avoid pain after the Novocain wore off. I did not experience pain that night and woke up the next morning feeling great. I'm not over exaggerating when I say that I would prefer a root canal from Dr. Greg over a filling at the dentist! I hope this review can set others at ease that need a root canal.

Dr. Greg was absolutely terrific. It was like being given a tutorial on root canal procedures. He explained every step of the process and even took the time to show me the actual infection he removed from my molar. He reviewed the X-rays showing me the affected gum areas. This tooth had a prior root canal approximately 12 years earlier. I was always under the impression that after a root canal there was no more feeling left in the tooth. Well, that's not the case since there's still blood circulation and sensitivity remaining. My visit was painless and I appreciated the informative approach. He did a follow-up phone call a few hours later. Also, I need to mention his assistant Marta, was sensational as well. Thank you both for such excellent treatment.

Great Experience!!!! I had to have a root canal done and I had never had one performed in my life. I must say Dr. Greg Newman and his assistant Destiny took excellent care of me! Doctor Greg explained the whole process before we started and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The entire procedure went so smooth and seamless. They both communicated with me the entire time and made the whole procedure enjoyable. Doctor Greg took the time to make sure I was numbed completely before we started. During the procedure he was talking to me and made some great dad jokes. Afterwards Destiny even had a conversation with me to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything or had any questions. I can honestly say Doctor Greg Newman is THE BEST doctor I have ever seen for a dental procedure. He is not only very knowledgeable and intelligent but is truly a genuine and kind soul! I would recommend him to anyone needing any dental work from a specialist!

Dr. Nguyen was absolutely fantastic. I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep. Dr. Nguyen's office took me in right away and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and treat me the same day. I was impressed by his knowledge and he clearly explained the procedure since it was my first root canal. Everything went so smoothly and painlessly. I was out of pain immediately after. Thank you!

I had an apicoectomy with Dr. Dapkute. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the care I received. She explained everything well, including showing me X-rays before and after the procedure. She made me feel comfortable and trusting in her care. Best of all, I had almost no pain or swelling after the procedure!!

Paid for a consultation that was not completed. Poor service. Only interested in money. Whatever happened to patient focused car. They can't even take films of everything at every location. They cannot receive x-rays electronically. Will certainly let the general dentist office that recommended them of my poor treatment.

I called in for an emergency root canal and was treated in less than 2 hours on the same day! I couldn't have been happier with my experience as the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Newman did a fantastic and quick job with very little pain and made the entire experience feel personal. He even reached out to check on how I was feeling during his personal time after hours. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing work from an Endodontist!

I had a severe toothache on a molar that my dentist said was "too difficult" for him to do. He sent me to Dr. Nguyen who he highly recommended. The procedure was quick and painless, probably one of the best treatments I have had in a while. I was in the chair no longer than 45 minutes and was pain-free by the time the numbness wore off. Dr. Nguyen is a master at his craft and kept me very comfortable and informed throughout the procedure!

I recently had a root canal at North Penn Endodontics. Every aspect of my experience was painless and easy from scheduling to payment. Dr. Newman has alot of experience and expresses great professionalism. He even gave me his personal number and followed up with me the next day to see how I was! Great doctor! Highly recommended! I would revisit this office for future procedures.

This was my first root canal and I had a lot of anxiety about the procedure. Dr Dapkute prescribed a pill to help me relax and get through the procedure. I highly recommend her and their office.

I went for a diagnostic visit with Dr. Dapkute who determined I needed a root canal. Very kind and informative. She was completely booked that day but informed me that Dr. Gregg Newman had a cancelation and was available to see me. What a great experience! He performed the root canal and talked me though it all. Has a great sense of humor which helped so much because I was a bit nervous. He made sure everything was perfect! Thank you Dr. Newman and Dr. Dapkute for referring him.

3 Root canals in one sitting. The only thing I felt was the local anaesthetic needle.Everything else was completely painless!!

Please constantly check what they will do with you for any changes: treatment plans will change without your knowledge, additional charges above insurance limits, and appears cannot handle the level of patients due to additional expedite costs.
