Dr. Kim made getting a root canal seem much less scary than it had to be. He explained everything he was going to be doing, asked if I had any questions, and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

I saw Dr. Andrew Kim yesterday for a root canal. He was incredibly kind and professional. He discussed the procedure in a very straightforward way and worked calmly and efficiently. He made me feel at ease the whole time. The front desk staff is very friendly. I highly recommend North Penn Endodontics and Dr. Kim.

I had Dr. Ingrida work on my #30 tooth. It was a root canal. She numbed me correctly as my dentis's in house guy could not. They referred me to North Penn and they handled the job. The recovery has been amazing. I have zero pain and followed taking my prescriptions as directed. Thank you and your team again for a wonderful experience.

Thank you Dr. Salin for making my root canal procedure painless. Over the weekend I started to have unbearable extreme pain in my mouth. My dentist referred me over to North Penn Endodontics and they were able to see me same day and hour after I called. Dr. Salin was professional and answered every question I had. I've had many root canal procedures done over the years and this was the quickest root canal surgery I've ever had and painless. I absolutely felt nothing the entire time and felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for understanding what an emergency is and understanding how much pain I was in prior to visiting your office. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a endo.

I had a root canal with Dr. Salin. She was very kind and understanding as I was a nervous patient. She performed the root canal quickly and I had no pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Salin for anyone in need of a root canal.

Excellent professional work. Had 2 major root canal procedures here-- two different endodontists. Both Dr Salin and other endodontist there did wonderful work-- practically painless procedure. Also went back for a check up Twice; no problems.

I came to NPE Fort Washington for a consultation and a root canal procedure. I would like to point out that when I visited Dr. Salin was incredibly professional and the employees at the front desk were very kind. Dealing with their A/R billing department has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. They never submitted proper documentation to my insurance company and REFUSE to take me out of collections. I have called my insurance company and they still haven't submitted the work and when I called and asked Sue and Joan at their office what the hold up was, the answer I received was that I wasn't the only patient in their facility. So, while they have time to send me to collections they do not have time to follow up on your insurance claims. They did tell me that they would do everything they could to get the claim paid by my insurance company if I paid out of pocket. Now, why should I pay you out of pocket for you to do your job...which is to get the claim paid by my insurance. Bonkers. Be warned that their billing department is NOT educated on follow up and you will most likely have to do it yourself...or else they'll send you to collections. I have had no issues with my root canal procedure and the work was quick and painless. I honestly wish I could go back, but the disrespect has definitely burned this bridge.
