With a background that includes decades of experience, Dr. Hitesh Govani offers a variety of quality dental services to the people of the North Penn area. Dr. Govani completed his Bachelors of Dental Surgery in 1988 in India. He then immigrated to the United States where he earned his DMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1992.
After graduating from Penn Dental Medicine, Dr. Govani completed a year of general practice residency at St. Lukes Hospital in Utica, NY, and then practiced in Salisbury, MD as an associate dentist. In 1994, Dr. Govani acquired the dental practice of Dr. Wayne Butcher in Colmar. Dr. Govani has practiced General Dentistry here since 1994.
Dr. Govani made the decision to practice in Colmar due to his love of the area and his dedication to the people of North Penn. His philosophy is always to be respectful, kind, and caring in all patient interactions.
Dr. Hitesh Govani has practiced General Dentistry since 2000 and sees patients of all ages. He obtained the practice of Dr. Wayne Butcher and has been here ever since, meeting the dental needs of the Lansdale region with genuine caring and respect.
Our office is accepting new patients, and we provide all General Dentistry services, including tooth replacement, dental implants, help for TMJ dysfunction, Invisalign, routine care, root canals and tooth extraction.

**We drive way out of our way for excellent care here.** Dr. Govani and his staff are great and provide outstanding care. We've all had positive experiences with the work he's done (including a post implant). He and his staff are extremely efficient, on time, friendly, respectful, caring, and easy to get a hold of. When Dr. Govani left a part-time post in our community 3 years ago, we saw the replacement dentist for a couple years (and even tried another practice in our area), but differences in bedside manner drove me to seek out Dr. Govani again. I now haul the family ~50 minutes to Dr. Govani's current office, but exceptional doctors and dentists are always worth traveling to!!! Dr. Govani genuinely cares about us and our long-term outcomes, whereas some others out there seemed to see us as nothing more than revenue streams. Outstanding office. Highly recommended!

Dr. Govani is a great dentist who always goes above and beyond to give appropriate treatment, which he does well at a fair price. I've been going to him for years and the work he has done has been great and helped me maintain good oral health. Highly recommend.

Just a wonderful dentist, assistants, and hygienists. Immaculate office and totally professional. My family and it have been going here for 20+ years and we will continue to do so, even though we moved more than 1-1/2 hours away.

Dr. Govani has a great sense of humor and is great at what he does, which is why I have been a patient for many years. All of the staff is always cheerful. Very nice and very clean offices as well. I am not a fan of pain and that is another reason that I go to North Penn Dental care. They really care about their patients.

From my first experience at his office several years ago when he assisted me when my ride was late through now he has always been a great dentist. He's caring ( my mouth is super sensitive) and he does a really good job. I will keep coming back to Dr Govani as long as I can.

Great job removing my tooth,never felt him pulling it out.I already had a referral to have it removed.but all of the oral Surgeons wanted a inspection appointment first and then make an appointment too pull it at a later date,which take weeks.I had a bad infection and was sick so he pulled it for me really quick so thank you Doctor and your team.I feel so much better now.
