(Translated by Google) I made an appointment which they scheduled and they sent me a confirmation text, but for personal reasons I requested to cancel it and the lady told me that she did not have any of my information in the system, she transferred the call to the North Park office and only answered a voicemail, leaving all my information and canceling it. I just hope they don't want to charge insurance for this.

I have never been so frustrated!! I have been back and forth with them since September trying to get my crown done. They have rescheduled every single time. Today I called to verify it was a go. As soon as I pulled into a parking space they called to cancel. For a person with dentaphobia, this causes great anxiety. Anybody have a dentist that they can recommend?

Terrible... I had a 2pm appointment time.. I was told to check in at 130pm.. so I've been at this office since 130.. and didn't leave until almost 4pm... I will be definitely going somewhere else.. Don't come here if you have things lined up

This practice needs help.. I liked them for a while - as you see below but they gave gotten too busy and standards regarding work need attention. Though nice people... I have personally been going to North Park Dental for over 12 years. Back in the day, it was known as Hillcrest Dental and my initial visits were some of the best I have had. Over the years the North Park Dental family has gotten busier for sure. I personally have found all the staff ( especially the administrative) to be light and lively with their attitude and care about their jobs deeply. I live by the thought and intention "the answer is yes now what was the question...."? The practice has had this special (culture) in the past. They continue to strive for the best outcome for each client! I have been well taken care of all these years later! Like any relationship (especially as it applies to your teeth ) ask the important questions that are important for you! Though it's a busy practice all of the staff are all well led by a Director who also is a dentist and continues to work patients individually! I can't not say enough good things about this special team. Unfortunately, like any "good thing" sometimes you have to wait! You can see they have my vote otherwise I would have found something years and years ago. These comments apply to this North Park location specifically.

Waiting times are usually long. Sat for over an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the dental chair.

I had good experiences with them as far as courtesy goes. front desk lady is always nice. the dentist seems very nice and seems like he really cares. BUT...I came a week later for an emergency because my tooth hurt so bad. They didnt do another x-ray (which i normally wouldnt mind) as they used the one from the week before as reference. he sees no anomalies after inspection. i go home and look in the mirror. Lo and behold, i had a vertical crack on my molar. im sure that is what is causing this incessant pain. didnt even prescribe me anything for the pain!

This is the first review I've ever written a review on a place , and honestly hate having to do so but this place is possibly the worst clinic I have ever been to. The first time I came I waited 2 hours after my appointment time for them to sit me in a room.... according to the girl in the front "my registration took too long"...it was 1 sheet of paper with information that should take 10 min tops to input....second time was called back 30 min after appointment time...sat in the room waiting for the doctor to come .fast forward 1 hour not one single human had walked into the room , not even to say sorry for the wait so I got up and left. The third time I came in I was actually called on time surprisingly but once the numbing syringe was put in I waited a good 45 min for someone to come back and start the work....it def did not take 45 min for the numbing to take effect. They are super disrespectful of one's time.

I needed some vaccinations for a trip to South America. I asked at the front desk what it would cost and was told less that one hundred dollars. When my bill came it was for over five hundred dollars. We ended up settling on two hundred but I didn't even end up with my vaccinations completed.
