Northern Pacific Endodontics was able to get me in with a referral from True North Dental. I had a toothache which the source could not be identified with 2-dimensional imaging. The processes at NPE identified the troubled nerve and root which allowed the procedure to take place to offer me relief. Thank you NPE for the relief.

DR. Jeppson was awesome and the whole staff. My tooth is healing up very well and there was very little discomfort. Outstanding JOB!

Long story short, I went to have (1) root canal, and then wow, had to have the second done just days later. These professional are what's is all about when it comes to taking care of their patience, from the Dentist to the Assistant, and the front office. The is a totally customers service office. Thank you Guys and Ladies.

I live in Fairbanks, staff was so helpful getting in with a days notice. Entire experience was amazing. I have bad dental anxiety and this was an amazing experience!

I have to say I was super impressed with the team here at North Pacific. Everyone was very helpful and it was a quick painless appointment. I also appreciated Dr Jeppson reaching out the following day asking how I was feeling. So again, thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Was nervous to get a root canal done, but they made is so quick and easy, totally painless! Everyone here was super nice and made the experience very comfortable. Hopefully I never need another root canal but if I do they would definitely be my first choice

I am not a very good dental patient at all and was skeptical about flying down from Fairbanks for a root canal. I was pleasantly surprised and how efficient and pain-free the procedure was. Dental care has certainly come a long way since the 70's. The girls up front were very pleasant to work with. Thanks for making this a positive experience.

I had my root canal done with North Pacific Endodontics, It was a great experience friendly staff answered my questions & dentist there were very experienced. The best part is procedure was a success and I'm no longer in pain. Would recommend to friends/family.

Was an amazing visit, 2 root canals but as soon as it was over the pain was gone and I feel so much better. Very thankful for how well I was treated and so caring about if I was in pain or not. 10/10 recommend

I had one of the best dental experiences that I've ever had at North Pacific Endodontics. Dr Jeppson was professional, kind and his sense of humor was a plus. As for the staff, everyone that I encountered was helpful, nice and professional as well.

My shy son had to have 3 root canals at the same time. This office made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. In fact, my son said that if he ever had to have another root canal, he'd want to go there. We are not a family who enjoys the dental chair, so for him to say that is a huge deal.

The overall experience for my root canal was painless and done quickly but efficiently. Thank you to Dr. Baker and his dental assistant for working together to get my problem fixed. They did a great job and I would recommend Dr. Baker to my friends and family.

Dr. Jeppson took excellent care of my wife! She had a difficult root canal and she didn't feel a thing. The staff were friendly and compassionate in each interaction! This experience was entirely the opposite of the previous root canal botched by one dentist and finished by another. Dr. Jeppson made her feel comfortable and empathized with her prior to the procedure. Hours later as the numbing faded there was no return of pain. Well done Dr. Jeppson and your North Pacific Endodontics team!

Very pleased with the operation. Dr. Baker & his assistant took at least 1/3 less time to complete than I expected. They got me in within a few hours so I didn't have to spend the weekend dealing with a bad tooth.

Dr. Jeppson did a masterful job getting my mouth numb and taking care of my tooth! My mouth was a little sore later in the day (as expected) when the numbing wore off, but no significant swelling to my face and feeling so much better than I was before! Thank you!

Dr. Jeppson and his staff have gone above and beyond for me. I had an emergency root canal done out of state and it has been troublesome since. Dr. Jeppson has spent so much time helping me work to solve the issue and continues to work with other doctors outside his office on my behalf... on a root canal he did NOT perform. I would give him 1 million stars if it would let me.

Very friendly and professional and they keep you updated on any delays etc for your appointment time. If you need a root canal done I highly recommend this dentist!
