Dr. Bogan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University, where he was involved in dental research involving the release of fluoride from smart polymeric hydrogels. He also played sousaphone in the marching band, dotting the i three times during his senior year.
He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude and being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon the National Dental Honor Society. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Columbus Dental Society, The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, The American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the International Dental Implant Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
In 2017, Dr. Bogan became a Fellow in the International College of Dentists (FICD). This prestigious honor is bestowed on less than 3% of dentists worldwide, and recognizes outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind. He also joined the top 6% of dentists in the U.S. as he was recently accepted as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
With an authentic love for people, Dr. Cindy Ellinger is a perfect fit for the family-focused mission of the North Orange team. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages feel at ease and enjoy their visit to the dentist.
Born and raised in the Buckeye state, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in Microbiology. She went on to complete her advanced dental education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where she also graduated Magna Cum Laude.
She has participated in Give Kids a Smile events annually since 2012. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and serves as a board member of the Columbus Dental Society.
I love to get to know my patients and provide them with great dental care, but I also believe its really important to help people relax, smile, and actually enjoy their time with us. If you have a great dental experience, it sets the tone for a lifetime of oral health.
A native Buckeye, Dr. Richard Hall grew up in rural Oak Hill, Ohio. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The Ohio State University. Following graduation, he remained at his alma mater to achieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
During his time at the home of the Buckeyes, Dr. Hall had the privilege to serve as team dentist for The Ohio State Athletic Department. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

North Orange Family Dentistry is awesome and I will never go anywhere else! I have severe dental anxiety and the whole staff is so understanding, helpful, and supportive. They provided options to help get me through dental procedures as comfortable as possible. This truly is a safe space for those with dental anxiety. They never make me feel like a burden, or that I'm being rushed out. The dentists actually take time to talk to you and answer questions. The hygienists are so kind and professional as well. Even the front desk staff is very friendly and kind! I would consider changing your dentist if you don't already go here ;)

This was the best experience I have had in a dentist office. From the front desk staff to the doctors they're very pleasant very professional I would recommend this place to everyone great job! I had to go back for another visit, this is my 2nd visit and let me tell you it was amazing in terms of service at the front desk and my doctor doctor Hall did a fantastic job the job I recommend

The filling was completed in a quick effecient manner with a minimal amount of discomfort. Actually there was little discomfort and the Dr talked me through the whole process so there were no surprises along the way. Thanks for a great job.

Everything anyone would want in a dental practice. Everyone was nice and smiling, polite, knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Hall thoroughly explained each step of the procedure and performed his duties with little, to no pain, for me. Thank you, too, for easing my anxiety. I highly recommend this office.

By far the best dentist I've had in 35 years. They work with you on anything you need. Work completed in a unheard of timely fashion, listen to what you want, I've always dreaded fillings my whole life because they hurt and nearly fell asleep as they filled my cavity there was no pain, and all around friendly staff and dentist that explains everything to you well. Will drive an hour to go to them every time now! Highly recommend them.

These people are bunch of crooks. They gave me the estimate of $200 and later charged me $400. 100% variation in the estimated and actual bill. What is the point of giving insurance details if they cannot provide correct estimate. I can understand the variation of 10-20% but 100%. They are just giving the less estimate so that we can take their services and later they will charge hefty amount saying it's because of your insurance.
