Second worse hygienist I've ever had. She was rude, curt, used an ultrasonic scaler on me even though I have severe temperature sensitivity, and lectured me while I was stuck in a chair. I really don't know why so many hygienists enjoy wielding shame and blame on people who are clearly trying to take care of their teeth. So much judgement and condescension from her. Dentist was nice enough but clearly didn't read anything I put in my intake paperwork, not sure why I needed to fill it out if nobody was going to read it. I will update this review if the next hygienist I see is better, otherwise I will find another practice.

The orthodontist is very friendly and always answers my questions thoroughly! Having braces is a painful experience but they've been very helpful along the way :)

I have been going to North Oaks Dental even before the ownership change and was always satisfied, BUT the new ownership took the dental experience to a whole different level. Even after moving, I still find myself driving well out of my way because they really do treat me like family. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful. This is not your run of the mill dentist office. Schedule your appointment with Maha the hygienists. Maha does an amazing job, and she makes sure that you are well taken care of! Couldn't more highly recommend Maha and North Oaks Dental!

My kids were new patients at North Oaks today and my experience from my first phone call until we walked out today was amazing. Every single person we came in contact with today was amazing. They were so nice, and very patient. Not once did any of the staff get annoyed with my kids or anything. Everyone was so nice and I left there today happy and pleased. Im so happy we switched.

Maha is one of the best dental hygienist I've seen. She takes her time and listens to my concerns, answer all of my questions without rushing or dismissing any of them. She even stayed after her shift was over to accommodate my time. I can't recommend her enough.

This is truly the most wonderful dental office I have ever been to. From the scheduling process, to receiving my permanent crown, I was taken good care of every step of the way. I have overwhelming anxiety stemming from horrible orthodontic care in my pre-teen years, so I hadn't been to any dentist in over 5 years. My husband finally put his foot down and insisted we find a new office so I could get the care that I desperately needed, and this was one of the the only ones he could find on google that offered sedation for a cleaning. I see dr. Israel. She is gentle, kind, compassionate, and understanding. She takes her time explaining procedures and is so, so gentle with my mouth. She never ONCE made me feel guilty for not continuing dental care for such a long time. My hygienist, the anesthesiologist, all of the desk staff, have been compassionate and understanding of my anxiety. They genuinely care about my confidence and the health of my teeth. I have been in for 3 appointments now. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get back into a room. There isn't a long wait for appointment dates. I cannot even put into words how grateful I am that we found this office as truly, all around, you receive top notch care. I am a patient for life. THANK YOU!
