This place treated me excellent. I came here at age 15 for wisdom tooth removal. Came here again for a molar extraction yesterday. Very friendly staff. They're very good at inserting an IV. Dr. Williams did a very excellent job.

These people have no clue as to doing there job! They run around like, Oh my! what am i doing. They pass you from person who knows nothing to another that knows nothing. All they are out for is the money. I have excellant insurance, that paid promptly. 1 person told me i would owe nothing on the phone, another called and said , i would have to bring $50, another called back and said $40. when i went for the surgery they said i had to pay$1500.00 or they would not do it. they hadn't bothered to call me about that! i went through all the prelims, no food or drink,etc then i show up for my 10:oo am appt. and was passed around from 1 person to another, telling me that is what i had to pay. and trying to make me take out a credit card to pay it. i had already ascertained from my insurance what i was liable for! I told them to kiss me where the sun don 't shine and walked out!! Now they owe me $40.oo and have so called put an alert on my file! and Dr. Williams says he will not see me for the procedure. Did not care for his attitude anyway.. very into himself! I only saw him 1 time for a consult . thus my co pay of 40.00 which my insurance paid the whole charge of $115.00 . they seem very reluctant to return my $40.00, they rank a zero in my book!! ZERO!!!!!! 1st amendment freedom of speech..

I had one wisdom tooth coming through so they Suggested that I get all four pulled. They charged me about $200 per 15 minutes of anesthesia (which I know isn't their fault), but they charged me for total of 45 minutes for a 15 minute procedure. It seemed suspect but she said it's just how it is. Also I called after a week to see if I could get them to check if I had a dry socket and because I was having pain and they treated me like the biggest nuisance. Overall seem to not care about patients at all. Just the money

Great staff, Dr West and Amber were awesome. Got me in quick and took care of the problem. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful and informative, would definitely go back.

From start to finish this office was AWESOME. It was the best experience ever. Dr. West was great and his nurses were as well. Soon as I got comfortable the procedure was over. All the staff is very friendly and caring. I highly recommended this office any oral surgical procedure. You will not be let down.

Dr.West was the best & so we're all his nurses. I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out but they made the whole environment so comfortable and calm. Will definitely use him for any of my other dental surgery needs.

Excellent experience ! The staff are very friendly and the dentists are super nice . Everyone here is super would highly recommend this place. My daughter had four widsom teeth removed and doing great. The whole staff is wonderful.

Reasonable cost. Very minimal pain. I've had worse headaches than what I felt after multiple extractions! And the surgery was done very quickly. I would definitely recommend Dr West to my friends.

The staff was nice but I do not recommend Dr. West. My dentist referred me to this place and he done nothing to help me but to send me to another dentist. I told him about pain I was having in my mouth and a lot of ulcers and red burning tongue that hurt me really bad when eating or drinking and he did not give me any medicine to treat the painful ulcers or painful tongue or anything. Also no advice on how to treat it. It was a waste of time and a waste of money. Also, he had a bad bedside manner and just walked out in a rude way and said nothing. I will never go back to see him again.
