As a new patient, we will try to make your first visit as comfortable as possible. We have set up our clinic to provide a warm and friendly ambiance, unlike the hospital-like situation that you dread. On your first visit, we will get to know you better and gather information about your past and present dental experiences. We can also conduct an oral health examination to work out the best possible treatment plan and educate you on preventive care.
Dr. Michael Jacobs was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Major in Psychology and a minor in Biochemistry. Dr. Jacobs then went on to pursue his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in 2005. He has over 13 years of experience in general dentistry in South Florida, certified in Invisalign Orthodontics and is an active member of the Miami Dental Society. Enthusiastic about his profession, Dr. Jacobs takes pride in getting to know each and every one of his patients and making them feel comfortable with all facets of dentistry. Each patient receives his undivided attention and care; which is of utmost importance to Dr. Jacobs. He is married to his beautiful wife, Sabina, with two children: Jordyn and Dylan, 8 and 3. Also an avid sports enthusiast and participant, he spends his spare time running the Adult Softball League and enjoying pick-up hockey.
Dr. Lauren Mitchell received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Mitchell went on to attend Columbia Universitys Post-Doctoral Residency Program in Endodontics at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Mitchell has been a scientific presenter at the prestigious Chicago Midwinter Dental Meeting. Dr. Mitchell believes in giving back to the community through teaching. She taught for 15 years as adjunct faculty for the post-doctoral endodontic residents and was an oral board examiner to the endodontic residents at Nova South Eastern University School of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Mitchell practiced dentistry in New York and Chicago prior to moving to Florida. She has been practicing endodontics for over twenty years. When Dr. Mitchell isnt working, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters
Dr. Ronald Jarquin is a highly skilled dentist providing optimal dental care and advanced treatments. Dr. Jarquin received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and specializes in implant dentistry. He is able to provide comfortable, personalized procedure plans to yield the best results.
Dr. Brigitte Corredor, originally from Venezuela, first received her Dental Degree in 2012 from Universidad Jose Antonio Paez in Venezuela. Her passion for surgery led her to apply for a postgraduate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, in Argentina. In February of 2013, she was accepted to the program and successfully completed a four-year residency at Universidad Catolica Argentina, in Buenos Aires, graduating in December of 2016. During her residency, she also revalidated her Dental Degree in Argentina.
Dr. Corredors ambitions to continue growing in her career brought her to practice in the United States of America. Here she completed an AEGD program from the Florida Institute for Advanced Dental Education, also known as Community Smiles, making her a licensed Florida Dentist as well. In the second year of her residency at Community Smiles, Dr. Corredor was named Chief Resident of her class.
Dr. Corredor is fluent in English and Spanish; she is also very interested in learning Serbian. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, skiing in the mountains, and outdoor activities where she is being surrounded by nature. She loves her doggie Gnocchi and her husband. She also loves horses and plans to get one soon!

I had a great experience in this Dentist. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The cleaning was not painful at all, she did a very detailed cleaning, with warn water and she also recommended better ways to clean and explained diferences between products I used to improve hygiene. The Dentist Dr Schwartz was very friendly and very informative. With each question I had, he took the time to explained one by one the scenarios. Keen eye on detail! He was awesome!
