Dr. Tina Foss Dr. Foss makes her office a fun place to visit. As you enter into each operatory, you will notice all of the rooms are decorated in an inviting dcor of animals from different places around the world. She enjoys traveling and taking pictures. She also has a great love for animals and enjoys photographing them. You will notice that she and her staff are usually laughing and joking around, which makes her office feel like a family environment. Dr. Foss opened her private practice in 2003 after serving in the U.S. Army as a dental resident. She is a loyal fan of Oklahoma University, her alma mater, from which she graduated dental school in 1990. Her gentle hand and that great smile prove most inviting in what can sometimes be a nervous situation.

Carrie Alaoui, RDA Carrie is our Office Manager and has been with North Mesquite Dental since October 2004. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas and Eastfield Community College. Carrie became interested in the dental field while in college and worked for a pediatric dentist. She met Dr. Tina Foss while working in another office and knew they would make a great team. She continues to educate herself on the most updated insurance laws to provide patients with exceptional patient services. Carrie became a registered dental assistant in 2008, so dont be surprised if you see her helping the doctors out. When away from the office, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and dog Jazzmine. Carrie and her husband welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in October of 2014. She is always willing to show new pictures if you ask.

Vanessa DeLaTorre, DA Hello, my name is Vannessa and I started working at North Mesquite Dental Group right out of dental assisting school in 2017 and have stuck with the office ever since. Right from the beginning I knew this office was going to be a comfortable fit, from the incredibly nice patients to the offices atmosphere. I am currently attending Eastfield community college working on my last few classes before applying to the El Centro hygiene program. Working, going to school, and being a full time dog mom to my German Shepard Captain may be a handful but Im always looking forward to seeing what the work day brings. When Im not working or juggling school I like to go out with friends and loved ones and try new places to eat, venture out and try new things! Theres never a dull moment working a long side Dr. Foss and the rest of the girls here. Helping patients feel comfortable while getting their treatment done and making the day run as smoothly as possible is very important to me. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities given to me and to work along side such an amazing staff.
