I have been a patient of Dr Jim since 1973. He and his staff are the best, he has done routine fillings, root canals, implants and crowns on me. He is an absolute artist, his skills are unbelievable! Truly the best dentist around.

Excellent dental care and the staff is always very nice and helpful. I would recommend North Main Dental to anyone needing a dentist.

This is my first visit to North Main Dental and I have to tell you I have never been more pleasantly surprised by the experience of visiting a dentist. Visiting the dentists is never at the top of anyones list of favorites things to do but Dr.Shepler and his staff could easily change ones mind. Their warm and friendly manner of treating new patients is an experience I'll never forget. I highly recommend North Main Dental.

Great Dentist, great staff, made me feel at ease, thank you. New update was in a bad accident with three shattered teeth they extracted them smooth as silk thank you you're the best dentist.

All I did was call. Never been to this place. I seen it took caresource, had 5 stars and all! so I called and asked to make an appointment. I told her (lady on the phone) I had never been there; she asks if I'm a patient there, I say no.. this would be my first time. She also asks for my insurance and then says they're not excepting new patients. So why ask for my Insurance after you already had the knowledge from me telling you I had never been there, I already said this would be my first time there, and you knew you weren't excepting new patients??? So what was the point? Yes I feel discriminated against because of my insurance (the way she went about it). If you take caresource fine! But if someone else calls and says or asks the same things, just don't ask what they have, just to turn them away. Let them know when you pick up the phone that you are not excepting new patients right now, right away! Otherwise it seems discriminative and it's also inconvenient. This should not turn anyone looking for a dentist away, from this particular office. This was my own personal experience, just from a phone call. Don't be afraid to call, THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE. Maybe this this dentist office just isn't for me. I HOPE EVERYONE GETS THE HELP THEY NEED.

Been going to Shepler since my first dentist visit 20 some years ago. No complaints whatsoever, they are the best. I just wish they didn't change their hours to closing at 3pm. Working in healthcare Monday thru Friday til 4:30 makes it impossible to make it there so I had to change dentists :(

I used to think I had dentophobia, turns out I just wasn't going to the right place. Dr. Jamie and everyone else at this office is completely amazing!! In 31 years I've never been excited to go to anything dental related until now. Thank you guys so much!!!

This dental office gave me a new perspective about going to the Dentist, they are very caring and up lifting people and also painless. Lol. No but seriously, I love this dental office.

The only issue I have noticed is that I may have to make an appointment to have an adjustment made to my lower partial, because it has become loose.

Every one very nice and friendly.Dr showed me the results and explained the best option for me. I was concerned about pain and cost of the complete implant.

I've been going to this practice for years and the doctors and all of the staff are great. The office is efficient and everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and have a smile. A+++
