I was told the by the manager that the hygenist would be right with me after 45mnss of waiting she then told me I was late for my appointment when I was 2mins late, I have a crown which is still hurting, a filling that the doctor took out and never replaced, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, the fact is they don't care about you which is sad only money. JUST A REMINDER I'M STILL FIGHTING TO GET THE CROWN HE UNEVENLY CEMENTED IN MY MOUTH.

Unfortunately, I do have to recommend you going other places as the doctor an inexperienced and Any major procedure you have does not last more than five years as his work is mediocre.Please go elsewhere for your dental care!

Went for teeth whitening Very happy with my results. And everyone was friendly and explained the procedure so I knew what to expect

I had the worst teeth ever. Like embarrassingly bad. These people were so professional and kind. I was always worried about being judged by the dentist but the people were kind and interested in bettering my health. I had about 14 apoitments with them over the year of 2021. These people do excellent work and truly care about you having a healthy smile. It feels so nice to have my teeth back and not being in constant pain. Thank you again North Main Dental.

Great dentist! He put me at ease and fast procedure. Novocaine was administered with little to no pain.

I was so nervous to go to the dentist but coming here has made all the nervousness go away the staff is amazing the dentist himself is awesome and makes you feel so relaxed I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist

I Was petrified of dentist for years, But I had a really bad problem So I went to see Dr. Ponte, this place is so amazing, I've been at least once a week now and I look forward to it, he's fixing my smile week by week and I'm so grateful for him and his staff for making me extremely comfortable and helping me get over my fear of dentists. I will not go anywhere else ever! I've sent half of the people in my family And everybody loves them!

Don't waste your time or money here. The dentists doesn't give attention to patients. The equipments are extremely old, and the clinic is very dirty.

I recently visited North Main Dental Assoc. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating during my visit. I would recommend this office to others and will be returning for future appointments!

I just went there and the staff couldnt have been any better! Ive been nervous to go to dentists for most of my life and going after covid was making it harder. But they eased my concerns. theyre very straight forward and friendly. Its nice to find a good reliable dentist. I would ignore these negative reviews on here as what they described isnt accurate at all. Im a new patient and im recommending to my wife and friends to go here

Terrible.. Staff and dentist have a terrible demeanor and attitude. If your looking to get help or to be treated like a decent human being definitely not the place for you.

I missed my first appointment there trying to scramble to find my ID so I could show up I have a tooth that is borderline infected and no other place I can go which the dentist made clear on the phone. Even knowing I cant find somewhere else and have a possible emergency situation she wouldnt reschedule for a later date. Instead she called just to tell me that she wouldnt reschedule. Shows no empathy and just showed malice in her call to want to tell me that she couldn't reschedule. do not let a person who cant comprehend empathy put sharp objects in your mouth

In all my years of going to a dentist (70 yrs old) I have never had such a thorough cleaning. The office staff is extremely pleasant (you too Dr. Ponte). I am quite pleased and I have recommended my neighbor (Carol Guerette) to your office and she has recently made an appointment.
