First impression of the office is clean. Once seated in the dental chair my hygienist Cason made me feel calm in what I usually feel is a very stressful place. My teeth have never felt cleaner than they do now and I for sure will be seeing her again. Best cleaning of my life.

Wonderfully accommodating staff. Practically no wait with an appointment. I feel extremely blessed that a dear friend recommended this practice.

I went here for a long time and the techs are great and very sweet, very clean rooms, but I had a hole in my tooth that went unnoticed for 3 years before I had to it out to personally point it out to the dentist (dr. Kuo) which he of course filled, then had to fill again not even a month later, and now it's cracking and falling out. Either he was incredibly lazy or just too oblivious to notice a hole that was filled with decay and rotting food. Stopped going after that but the establishment itself is wonderful. Wait time was back and forth though, might wait 5 minutes, might wait and hour and a half.

A kind and efficient staff. Dr. Lee is awesome (we call him Dr. Lee-- his actual last name is much longer). I had a root canal on a broken tooth and needed either a post and buildup, or a full on implant/bridge (which would have been suuuuper expensive). I'd been told by two other dentists that they weren't certain they could do the post and buildup (which is less expensive). Lo and behold Dr. Lee got it done! He did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

Don't go to this Dentist Office you will not be happy with the work done!!! The actual Dentist has no ambition in his work he is just trying to do the least he can do the fastest he can. They will tell you that you have a warranty on whatever they do but when something comes up like usual with the work this Dentist does. They will NOT uphold the warranty!!! The receptionist will tell you one thing when you schedule the appointment and then tell you something completely different from what they said the month before when you call back to confirm your appointment. I suggest if you absolutely have to go to this Dentist Office be prepared to have to go to another one to fix North Macon Dental's work!!! Also, make sure to get ANY warranty or anything said in writing before you leave the office or drive down there after you get off the phone because the next time you talk to them it will be completely different from what they said before!!! Worst Dentist Office I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!! Added after response: As you can see I struck a nerve with the truth of how they really are! Oh excuse me yes, I do have a overdue balance for the same exact tooth you filled twice before (shows how bad their work is) ,that was still in warranty because your Dentist told me 2 years on all of his work and when I made the appointment 11 months ago to get this same tooth fixed under warranty, I was even told by the person who made my appointment it was still in the 2 year warranty time. When I go to leave and am told that the warranty was just for 1 year now and of course the girl that said I was still in warranty wasn't in that day so then I got stuck with a bill (happened to be in the in the middle of switching Dental Insurance at the time) for work I already paid for and they lied to me that's why I say get EVERYTHING in writing from them! Called to make appointment for the same tooth again this time it was only 8 months before the filling broke off again. After waiting for the office to re-open after the COVID-19 closure. I made an appointment a month ago I was told I had an outstanding balance and that I needed to make a payment on it when I came which I said no problem. This would change the day before the appointment. I'm at work and receive a text that if I don't call by 2:00pm they would cancel my appointment for noon the next day. I called and before 2:00pm to my surprise my appointment had already been cancelled. When I asked why they put a different person on and told me I have to pay the whole amount of the outstanding balance not a "payment" and a co-pay but I was coming in for a warranty!? They were furious I called on time and didn't want to uphold to their previous agreement and warranty again! So it wasn't "premature" it was the second time you have tried to not uphold the warranty I said No thanks, I rather go to a Dentist I can trust in their work, customer service and stand by their word! Now I understand why I was warned so many times!!! No you were not going to help me when you lied about what you said and cancelled my appointment before the callback time!!! You were already planning on charging me again for your horrible work literally a child could do better!!! That's why every Dentist you try to get to work there doesn't ever show because they don't want to be associated with your business it would look bad on their job history. Everyone in town knows how you perform and operate that's why they don't want to go there unless they absolutely have to which sadly I used to have too but not anymore and I am grateful for that!!!

Really poorly executed crown. Now this was about 5 years ago, but I just thought that crowns felt like this. Finally went to a different dentist and was assured that this was poorly fitted. Again I have not been in 5 years but honestly check out the photos. They left a whole hook sticking out on my tooth. I should have ran when the temp crown came off, I knew it wasn't well made.

Really poorly executed crown. Now this was about 5 years ago, but I just thought that crowns felt like this. Finally went to a different dentist and was assured that this was poorly fitted. Again I have not been in 5 years but honestly check out the photos. They left a whole hook sticking out on my tooth. I should have ran when the temp crown came off, I knew it wasn't well made.

Out of my 35 years on this planet, this was by far the best 2 dental experiences I've ever had, and I notoriously hate the dentist. Highly recommended for all your dental needs

Out of my 35 years on this planet, this was by far the best 2 dental experiences I've ever had, and I notoriously hate the dentist. Highly recommended for all your dental needs
