They were wonderful! They listened to my concerns and put me at ease before and during dental procedures. Their billing was very patient when I was having trouble with my HSA card not working on their system. I would recommend them to anyone who has had a bad experience at the dentist.

I have had work done here in the past. I didn't have insurance back then but they helped me find a company that I could get financing through. I did and then had them get me in much better shape. Recently returned for an evaluation and more work. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The lady that did the leg work for the evaluation was very nice and helpful. The dentist was also pleasant and professional. I don't see the dentist often enough. This place has made me feel welcome, comfortable, and done good work. I have nothing to complain about!

I walked in the place this morning in severe pain, even with the attitude I had because of my pain, they stayed professional, friendly and patient. Thank you all for understanding my mood. I don't like the dentist and that's why I'm in the situation I'm in but this office made me feel like part of their family. I will definitely recommend the place.

I've been going to Dr. English for two years and I have to say, I finally found my home. He takes his time explaining and always open for questions. The office staff are knowledgeable, down to earth and very friendly!

North Loop Family Dentistry is a great dental practice. I've been going there for over 2 years now and I've always had a good experience with dental cleanings, x-rays, etc. The dental hygienists and office staff are professional and kind. I was diagnosed with multiple interproximal "flossing" cavities, these were my first ever cavities and I was so anxious about getting the numbing shot in my mouth. The staff was so understanding and helpful. Dr. English did a great job filling my cavities and he runs a very nice dental practice.

Dr English has a wonderful group of people working for him . Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. English is an amazing, caring and kind dentist .
