They're pretty okay. I've been coming here a few years. The only thing that can be inconvenient is you can schedule an appointment right after "opening" hours and there will usually somehow be several people still ahead of you and sometimes still a surprisingly longer wait for the early time you scheduled.

Doctors are very good. They have a GREAT POLICY, which is their PUNCTUALITY. The time is your appointment at, the same time you'll be seen.

I only give reviews when I believe they are necessary and insightful. If I could a negative one I would. I went in for tooth pain and was told I needed a night guard for grinding. The receptionists informed me they would put in a referral to my insurance and call me with the outcome; they never did. My insurance contacted me that I was approved, so I made an appointment. (Note: When I called they told me they could see my approval and apologized for not calling me.) When I went to my visit, the receptionist, "Nav" came in to my room and told me I was not approved for the proper night guard "suggested" and they do not carry the one I was approved for. Nav then stated it would cost over $600 and she would deduct the amount of the other. I was not upset with the absurd charge, but the professionalism and communication handling this matter. Nav was the one who booked my appointment, but denied talking to me. Nav was the one who saw my approval, but denied knowing what night guard I was approved for. I should of been informed prior to my appointment about the costs and wrong approval. I later called to speak to the officer manager and spoke with the other receptionist who informed me he was not in. Nav contacted me asking if she can assist me, I told her I wanted to speak with office manager not her and was confused as to why she was calling. Again, she denied knowing I wanted to speak with the office manager and thought I wanted to speak to her. She was pushy and said he wouldn't be in all week and insisting I speak with her. Needless to say, when I spoke to the office manager, "Syd" or "Syng" something along those lines because he refused to give me his name he informed me Nav does not know his schedule and he is the only office manager and she is an assistant. He was impatient, rude, and seem to be annoyed that I was making an complaint about Nav. He also stated he'll be replying to this message with an attitude. He did not care about my concerns or inconveniences. I'll be contacting the company's superiors to inform them of their employees as this was my worst customer experiences. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back, but am also contacting the company's superiors to inform them about the deception and inappropriate behavior. A real shame because I loved the actual dentist.

The doctor is kind, sweet, funny, and a true professional. Most dental work is not pleasant, but with her as your dentist, you will find yourself looking forward to your next appointment. Thanks Dr. Kaur!

I have had two fillings on my front teeth. My front teeth are a bit sensitive, and I was afraid that I was going to get severe sensitivity from the fillings. I had fillings before from a different place that had caused severe sensitivity on my teeth. The doctor who did my fillings was extremely gentle and did the fillings perfectly without causing any pain and sensitivity. I had slight sensitivity but that went away the very next day on its own.

Ever since management changed, the quality of this place has dropped significantly. They don't do a thorough job anymore and it's all about money. Hope they can figure it out and go back to quality over quantity.

Absolutely awful experience. Changed my primary care dentist to their office and they refused to see me even though insurance confirmed that the change went through and I was already en route. They were more concerned with money. Not so nice people.

Do yourself the favor and STAY AWAY!!!! The worst dental experience ever. I went there for a cleaning and the wait was longer than the actual cleaning. I felt like if they just brushed my teeth and not cleaned them well. Very rude staff in that office and do not know how to treat people with respect. The cleaning are not even done by the dentist it is done by the dental assistant. They told me to come back in 5 months instead of 6 months just so I could pay out of pocket and not have my insurance pay for it. They are really crooks and know how to get you for your money. I wasnt happy with the way the staff spoke to me on the phone telling me if I do not show up to the next appoinment I will get charge. Yelling at me on the phone as if I was a child. NEVER GOING BACK, plenty of great and better dentist clinics in the area to waste time in this dental office.

Before I got to meet the dentist, I had an awesome hygienist who was super nice and the best thing about this place, but she accidentally put the suction thing on my uvula and now it's swollen for days, and I received no apology. Besides that, when meeting the dentist, she tried to get me to get braces, get 3 teeth removed, get a mouthguard, go to an ortho, all in five minutes. I'm 24, and my teeth are nowhere in pain or in need of braces, at this point it's all cosmetic. When I told her I couldn't afford a mouthguard (which I do need), she said I need to get better insurance. That's a heavy statement to tell a young person, especially as a dentist who makes a good living. Then she tells the scribe, "write in file that patient refuses next steps", NO... I can't afford the next steps. When I was trying to leave, the receptionist told me to wait while the dentist and receptionist whispered about trying to convince me to get a guard. Then I was told I can "even split up the $650 cost in two payments". I refused once more, left, then got a call saying "I left my insurance card" when they just forgot to give it back. Overall, it was a sour experience and I won't be going back.
