I have been seeing Dr. Ivana for several years after my prior dentist retired. Dr. Ivana and her assistant, Sandy, are the best. I have extremely high standards for a dentist and have gone through many disappointments over the decades, but Dr. Ivana has exceeded my expectations time and time again. Whether a crown, filling, or other treatment, Dr. Ivana does excellent work. Additionally, she is forthright, honest, and creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I hope to continue seeing her and Sandy for years to come.

I called as a new patient seeking an emergency extraction as I was in unbearable pain. They got me in that morning and Dr.Era was extremely DETERMINED to give me relief. Within an hour she did the extraction and sent me on my way pain free! Truly was the best experience I've had at a dentist and this will be my permanent location.

Over a year later, I still can not speak to anyone about a invalid bill they keep sending me. You literally can not speak to anyone in billing. Had trouble with their billing department. They are wrongly attempting to over bill me. I have attempted to reach their billing department unsuccessfully for over a year.

The dynamic female duo that I have seen for years always do an impeccable job maintaining my teeth. The front desk people have become less humane in relation to collecting money. Makes me miss the old days.

We love the doctors and the dental hygienists for the last 13 years. However, the front desk staff from Sparkle lack of social and professional skills, empathy, and communication abilities to the point that my husband, teens and I must look for another dentist office. Goodbye

All hygienists and dentists are experts in their field, knowledgeable, considerate and detail oriented. I usually don't do reviews but Dr.Ira (might of spelt her name wrong) is so down to earth and accommodating! She kept making sure I was okay and made the process really smooth! Katie at the front desk remembers faces and gets you checked in and out swiftly.

I will no longer be coming to this practice. After 25 years, I tried to stick with them once they went 'corporate', but I no longer can. Front desk staff is rude, and only cares about money. They wont bother to see if you've paid before they turn you away from your appointment, it's too bad, as the hygienists and dentists are great, but I can't deal with the front desk staff any more. Manager is the worst, lying about my payment and what was owed. They don't care at all. Look elsewhere is you are looking for a dentist....there are many good ones in the area that treat you with respect. And an update from the owner? The matter was NEVER addressed.

Not important enough to actually return a call yet though. I have literally attempted to reach someone in accounting 15 times by phone. UPDATED: After nearly 8 months of trying to speak to someone in their billing department, we are still no closer to resolving their mistake. I still get inaccurate billing statements send out. If you try calling them, they will not connect you will bill and insist they will call you back - but never do. Don't go here unless you want to be harassed. Had trouble with their billing department. They are wrongly attempting to over bill me. I have attempted to reach their billing department unsuccessfully for 3 months. They just keep sending harassing statements and refuse to connect me directly.

I moved to N. Hunterdon Dental after a bad experience with a different practice. It felt like coming home. Great people, warm and kind, and great dentistry. AND their prices are fair and competitive. Like many people, I don't have dental insurance, so affordable really matters!

Although I had a wonderful experience at my actual appointment, the billing department has been horrible to work with! They overbilled our insurance and now keep sending repetitive threatening statements. We have been trying to reach the billing department for months now to resolve, but have not received a call back. We have even sent a letter. Very disappointing and upsetting! Update- Someone from billing finally got back to me saying that this issue had been resolved, yet we are STILL getting bills from this after many months. The person who reached out to us is no longer working there. Nothing is being done to remedy this. Warning to all...DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been pointing out to them that they are billing me for stuff my insurance has already paid them. In writing, documented, and by phone, multiple times - since December. Not only they haven't fixed it despite much lip service, now they just lump all their billing mistakes as 'balance forward' on the latest bill. The next call will be from my lawyer.

I've been coming here for many years. There have been some changes since the practice was sold, especially with billing, that many don't like; but I still like the quality job that is done on my teeth. That is why I come. The rest is just background. Come here if you want quality care for your mouth.

Dr Frank is the best! I've been going to see Dr. Frank for 20 years. He always knows the most cutting edge dentistry but his gift is the caring he shows every day. I most recently chipped two teeth within a week (I'm old). I called him and said I'm going on vacation in two days could he see me? He said "We'll always find time for you... come right in..." He's always like that.
