Nava is absolutely amazing and very helpful. She truly helps with making sure you understand your treatment plan and goes above and beyond to assure that you have all the resources you need for your treatment. I definitely appreciated the extra time she spent to help guide me through my experience with them!

Really enjoyed going here when it was North Hills Dental, it's since been sold to Absolute Dental and the transfer has gone terribly. I gave them my insurance info in advance and they still had not verified it by my last appointment. I was charged the cash price and said they would refund me when they verified it. Four months and many emails and phone calls later, still not verified and no refund. On top of that the only 2 flavors of polish they have are mint and bubblegum, the only 2 that I can't stand.

They stole a $600 credit, refuse to give me my own information and itemized bill, hang up when you mention your rights and their responsibilities. Refuse to send information to new dentist after convincing me the only way to get my credit back was to have it transfered to another dentist. Front staff is rude and uneducated in dental labor practices, and customer services. Save you time, energy, and money, go elsewhere

Unfortunately since Absolute Dental has taken over the previously local North Hills Dental Office, I have felt there has been a decline in communication and organization. I showed up for a dental cleaning at my scheduled time and I was told someone called me no left me a message the day prior to cancel the appointment. I never received the voicemail. And the day prior to my appointment I received a confirmation email at 4:23pm... so I assumed it was a 'go.' Not happy with the service or lack of organization. Will be switching dental offices.

I did not go to this appointment, I canceled this appointment 5 different ways, text email voicemail and two calls from there office, now they send this wanting to know how they did ? To an appointment I did not even go to, I have found a new dentist I no longer go to North Hills Dental, and would not recommend them to anyone . I can't even give them a star

NH Dental was great for the last 3 or 4 years, just acquired by Absolute Dental, and they are now Absolute Garbage. I am sure Dr. Bill's is still a nice gentleman however the front desk staff is nasty to put it polietly! I was to have a cleaning today, however they refused to do a cleaning because "we don't have x-rays, cant do x-rays because the Dr is not available to consult." Well North Hills Dental you could have called ya know! My time, like yours is valuable! I drove there for no reason. I wont be going here again.

The office had two months to verify my insurance. Instead they waited till I had already completed my x-rays, I then waited for 45 min and received my cleaning only for them to tell me they could not verify the insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. When asked why they hadn't verified it beforehand, the girl told me they were short staffed the week before.... Again, I made the appointment two months in advance. The cleaning I received was short lived and not done well at all. The dentist himself spent two seconds with me and did not address any of my concerns, nor could he "remember" the name of the doctor to refer me to. The building was not labeled making it very difficult to find as well. I will not be returning to this facility, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Sold to absolute dental. I arrived for my 8 appointment to find that they were running behind and to return in an hour. It took my x-ray technician over 20 minutes to try and shoot a picture of one tooth in the front of my mouth until she finally had to call in her manager who shot the picture in a matter of seconds. When I first came in I was approached at the front counter with a $600 balance which they could not seem to figure out where it was coming from. I left her my card and went in with the dentist after having the tooth fixed I returned to the front counter that ny payment from ealier had not been processed properly so she processed and to told that we would just leave the $600 balance if they could not figure out. I have been using this dentist office for over 20 years. I have no past due balances nor have I ever had a past due balance everything has been covered by my insurance and paid for before doing any work to my teeth. They have no one that knows the billing . Nor did they set up a return clean for my teeth . Which is just fine as for I will not be returning. I wish you all the best of luck as I search for a more credible dentistry!

Everyone in there is so lovely, from my very first time calling to the actual appointment. So politely. They are direct with what they are telling you. Best dentist I've been to
