Dr. Rowleys passion is to help his patients have an exceptional experience. He has a calm, caring, and gentle chairside manner. He loves utilizing new technology to make dental procedures more comfortable and convenient.
From our friendly receptionist, to our gentle hygienists and dental assistants; from our helpful financial coordinator to our supportive office manager, we are eager to provide the best dental experience youve ever had.
Dr. Rowley enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and strongly believes in furthering his education through various study groups and continuing education. He enjoys placing and restoring dental implants, straightening teeth using braces and Invisalign, and enhancing smiles using various methods that fit within his patients lifestyles and budgets. He spent 2 years in an intensive study group in Seattle Washington becoming an Associate Fellow of the Academy of GP Orthodontics and enjoys working with patients of all ages to treat their needs.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Rowley loves spending time with his wife Jasmine and his three sons Race, Weston, and Maverick. He continues to enjoy the great Oregon outdoors while camping, boating, biking, hunting and spending time with his horse Frank.

I have been going to Dr. Rowley for over a year now and could not be happier, the service is excellent, responsive to emergent needs, and everyone is very kind and personable. I highly recommend his practice.

I had my teeth cleaned (six or seven years since my last cleaning), a crown and a filling. Everything was smooth enough that I zoned out for most of it. I had a bit of anxiety coming in (after so many years without any dental visits), but they dealt with it beautifully! I really appreciated the lack of pain and the friendly atmosphere. And I love the results! Perfect fit, and looks way better with my old metal fillings gone.

No one likes going to the dentist, but this doctor and staff make it as pleasant as possible. I've had extensive work done here and been very pleased with all of it. It is high quality, pain free, and they were able to get me in quickly and accommodate my schedule. The office is clean and professional and the staff is friendly and efficient. I was so happy that I've now sent my husband to north hills dental also.

The dental team here is great and I always received perfect care. However, I had a very poor experience with the front desk/billing department. I was billed incorrectly multiple times and wasted a ton of time coordinating to get it fixed.

From the moment of arrival, to my exit, I was made to feel like the whole staff was there to help in any way. I live out of state and needed some emergency dental repairs. I was worked in and the repairs done in a timely manner. A top notch dental office. I wish I lived closer.

Friendly, professional, thorough, clean and efficient. My young child also had a great experience. Very family friendly and inviting atmosphere. After trying out several dental offices over the last decade, we found Dr. Coussens but after a short time of being his patients, he retired and sold to Dr. Rowley. Very pleased we don't have to keep shopping. Grateful to say we're in good hands.
