North Hills Dental Center of North Hills, California., is run by Dr. Sam Djang. Dr. Sam continues to strive to understand and the latest technologies and techniques in dentistry. He takes great pride in being one of the front-runners of the most up-to-date dentistry. Dr. Sam is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society.
At his practice, he enjoys treating his patients like his family members and places great emphasis on achieving and maintaining good doctor-patient relationships. He strongly believes that superior care and the well-being of his patients is most important. His team follows his welcoming and caring manner by ensuring patients always feel invited and comfortable.
Dr. Sam graduated from the University of Southern Californias Dental School, he continued to take numerous post-graduate courses including orthodontics ( Dr. Sam completed hundreds of cases including very tough, complicated cases) and dental implants at the University of Pacific.

I've been going to Dr. Djang for over 30 years. I couldnt Be happier with the service and care I have Gotten from his office. Thank you Dr. Djang for everything. My teeth wouldn't be the same without you. So grateful.

Dr. Sam is a friendly and personable dentist. He goes out of his way to help with insurance issues and get them to cover needed procedures. I would recommend him to those in need of dental care.

This dentist is wonderful! I had to have major work done, and although some adjustments still need to be made, he is right there for me. His office is clean and very pleasant. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to him.

I had to put a star to make a comment, but this dentist deserve none. I came to visit this place twice. First time I asked him to remove my braces he told me no and tired to over charge me he was extremely rude. Second time I just asked for a cleaning and he rudely kicked me out cause he was closing. He doesn't speak much English he's of Asian decent but the temp at the Front desk is Spanish I think they get confused when they speak to one another. And that's a little freaky :|

Worst dentist ever! Ever since i started going to this guy I have been unhappy with my teeth. I had white spots on my teeth from acid erosion and I asked him what was the best way to treat it and he drilled into my teeth and placed fillings on three different teeth, within a few months the fillings fell out and I had to go back. Come to find out that I now need a root canal which was most likely due to the fact the he drilled way to deep on one tooth. The root canal was fine but the crown he put in was hideous. I used to have a beautiful smile and now I have a gap on both sides of my teeth where food gets trap constantly when I eat and also looks fake tooth that in no way matches my other teeth in shape, size or color. UPDATE: I was recently having sensitivity to hot and cold on the tooth that was root canaled and crowned, so I decide to go to another dentist. Some X-rays were taken and the new dentist found that he didn't do the procedure correctly. He failed to drill all the way down to the root and still filled in the tooth, which is why I was feeling the pain. I really wanted to give this guy the benefit of the doubt but after finding out that the lateral incisor usually only has one root, I realized this guy truly is an incompetent dentist. What is worse is that my insurance won't pay for a root canal on the same tooth for 5 years. So now I have to pay out of pocket to get the tooth redone, which may end costing several hundred dollars or upwards to more than a grand or so. I know this guy does work for cheap but you get what your pay for. Cheap rates = Cheap work.
