Dr. Frahm has been practicing general dentistry in Spokane since 2001. Seven of those years had been partnered with Dr. Charbonneau at their present location prior to his retirement in 2010. Dr. Frahm is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the local Spokane District Dental Society. Dr. Frahm maintains the most recent dental technology and advancements with hundreds of continuing education hours through Study clubs, seminars, conventions and article reviews. Volunteer dental care and education is another vital service in Dr. Frahms career.
Dr. Frahm has been an active member in the medical community as well. Prior to achieving his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, he practiced as a Registered Pharmacist with Kaiser Permanente in his hometown of Vancouver, WA. Dr. Frahm graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree in which he gained a specialized knowledge of pharmacology. Dr. Frahms unique background will provide you and your loved ones with a comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for all your dental healthcare needs. Dr. Frahm and his staff provide child and adult dental care.
Dr. Frahm enjoys spending time with his family, wife Wendy, and their 4 children. As a family they love to go camping, hiking, travel, and enjoy the outdoors. Dr. Frahms favorite pastime is watching his kids play sports. If you catch him at the field cheering loudly, he encourages you to join in!
Rachel supports the team and patients at North Hill Dentistry; she manages the social media, team training, and coordinating patient care. She started her dental in career in 2008 as a Registered Dental Assistant and has over 10 years of practice management. Rachel decided to go into the dental field after a family member had a great experience with a dentist that made a huge impact on her. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, taking her 2 corgis on walks, and photography.
Katie started her dental career in 2011 as a Registered Dental Assistant, and later furthered her education becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. Her diverse dental experience is great for patients who have advanced questions about their care. Katies goal is to help her patients stay healthy and confident, and always love their smile. Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her family! Her husband Kaileb, their son (4 year old) and daughter (1 year old) enjoy biking, crafting and traveling.
Andrea has been helping patients at North Hill Dentistry since 2011. If youre a patient of hers you know she will always greet you with a big smile and make you feel at ease. Andrea entered the dental field in 2011, but has been around dental offices her entire life as her dad was a dentist. When not working, Andrea loves to spend time with her family, husband Garrett and will spending lots of time with her son born 08/2021. She also enjoys working out, is becoming a Pilates instructor, and loves spending time with her dog, Kendall.
Tami wears many hats to help the team and patients at North Hill Dentistry. Not only as a skilled dental assistant, shes the safety coordinator and coordinator for Invisalign care. Originally from North Bend, Washington, she made her way to Spokane 7 years ago. Tami has been a registered dental assistant for over 20 years entering the field in 1998 after watching her Grandma work in the dental many years. Outside of work Tami enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and they love being grandparents. Tami is a big animal lover; she has 2 cats currently, but wants more!

Dr. Frahm and his staff are wonderful. I appreciate that they do not push unnecessary services, but rather only those that are truly needed. I always feel welcome when entering the office. Oh, and I love the look of the newly renovated space!

All the staff is super friendly, and I never have a long wait time in the lobby. The hygienists are very personable and skilled. Dr. Frahm has a very relaxed, but professional bedside manner.

Dr Frahm's team is friendly, courteous and professional. They always provide great advice on dental care and I've never felt pressured to have anything done. They use up-to-date equipment and procedures. Appointments take place on time and are generally completed within an hour. I strongly recommend them for your dental needs.

I have high anxiety & used to hate going to the dentist till i found North Hill Dentistry - been going here for the last 15 yrs or so & never had a bad experience- I do however have my favorite dental hygienist that make me feel completely at ease each time i go! This team is just amazing

The staff was super sweet and helpful and they got me in the same day for my tooth pain and were able to refer me to a surgeon right away. I've always had bad experiences with dentist but I felt welcomed and comfortable with the staff and dentist and would highly recommend.

Can you believe that I enjoy going to the dental clinic twice a year? The staff is very professional & efficient but also very personable and kind. I've been a patient since 2013. Dr. Frahm has replaced a couple of old fillings on my front teeth, fixed a new cavity, and replaced a 40 year old cap. Great work!
