Spartanburg Dentist Dr. Mark Beard has been providing quality dental care to the people of South Carolina for over 20years. A 1995 graduate of The Medical University of South Carolina, where he also served as a professor, Dr. Beard began practicing in Spartanburg in 1998and opened North Grove Dental in 2008. His sharp eye for detail and quest for perfection have won the trust of countless patients who have great appreciation for his talent. As a perfectionist, he holds himself to a high standard of quality care.As a pro-patient doctor, he practices within the realm of a general dentist's scope, referring treatment when needed to a specialist who can provide focused care on specialty procedures so that the patient has the best outcome possible.Dr. Beard's dry wit often takes patients by surprise given how seriously he takes dental treatment, but he can be quite the comedian! Dr. Beard and his entire staff were phenomenal!!! I had my first appointment recently and I highly recommend this dentist. I've had terrible experiences in the past with other dentist offices, but I felt completely calm and comfortable through my entire cleaning. I am no longer dreading a visit with the caring, kind and gentle staff at North Grove Dental.

I have been a patient for 15 years. My entire family comes to this office. I am in the medical profession so I really appreciate the wonderful care we receive every time we are seen. I always get prompt answers to all phone calls and concerns. I highly recommend everybody at North Grove Dental.

If you are looking for a dental practice that truly cares about its patients and provides an amazing experience from start to finish, then look no further than Dr. Mark Beard's office. As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted by name by the receptionist at the front. I don't have to wait long before I'm greeted by my dental hygienist, Kayla. I consider myself so lucky to have Kayla as my dental hygienist. She is amazing and does her job so well. She is so thorough, diligent and kind. She takes time to explain things to you and walks you through what she's doing. Thank you Dr. Beard and staff for making my experience here so wonderful. You all have set the standard for dental offices in this city and I am proud to call myself one of your patients.

Dr. Beard and his team is OUTSTANDING!!! Highly recommend! I've had traumatizing experiences in the past and feared the dentist office. With the gentle, friendly and skilled care of Dr. Beard and Brandy I was able to overcome it. Now, I look forward to my next cleaning. The front staff is amazing! Jared is fantastic! He took the time to listen to my problems and took care of it. They really do care!! You can't say that about a lot of places now a days. BEST dental team ever!!!! I'm definitely not going anywhere else.

"Elite" is defined as, "A select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities." This describes the staff and services of North Grove Dental. For ten years I have experienced the highest in professional care, customer service and downright friendship from Mark and his fine staff. I'm moving a distance away and they even gave me contacts for selected dentists in that area. I'll sure miss North Grove Dental.

North Grove Dental is absolutely the most outstanding dental office I have been to. Dr. Beard is very honest and up front about what procedures need to be done. The office staff is sweet and very friendly. They answer any questions that you have. The office is very well kept and clean! I do not think you will find a more honest (dentist/staff) and well kept office as you have in North Grove Dental. I highly recommend you give them a call.

I rate Dr. Beard and all of his staff a 5. This office makes going to the dentist a pleasure. It's a very beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. From the moment you walk in everyone is nice and they make you feel special.

I've been visiting the office of Dr Beard and staff for about 3 years now!! I had a previous horrible experience with another dentist office which really devastated me and my smile !! With the beautiful work of Dr Beard and his staff as of today my teeth and smile is the brightest it's ever been!! I would highly recommend this office because not only does Dr Beard and staff do beautiful work the office staff make you feel comfortable and call you by your name!! I cannot begin to express how perfect my visit was! I was a new patient due to some insurance changes. All I can say is after visiting this place, I could NEVER go back to my previous dental office. Dr. Beard's office is so beautiful and calming. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. I was a new patient that they had never seen before and I was still greeted by my name. Kayla did my cleaning and she was so thorough and tentative to all my needs. I mentioned one small concern that I had about my teeth and they jumped right on it, explained my options, laid out a plan, and scheduled the visit! I will 500% be a life long patient here. You cannot get this quality any where else!
