After getting up at 5 a.m. arriving to this office my brother was looked at and before service was done. My brother sat there for an hour when his appointment was for 6:30 am. We arrived at 6:20 am. Appointment time my brother was examined. He was examined and the lady at the desk asked for 14,850 up front for service. Would I recommend this facility ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! I then asked before I got to the facility would the service be taken care of, staff oh yes! They are liars and scammers. The billing person needs etiquette training. Her entire disgust showed in her face. As a retired nurse, I would never service people and have not serviced people will that look. You know exactly who you are!

I am so glad I discovered North Georgia Oral Surgery. I have been on a dental journey for the past 7 years. I wanted a perfect smile without veneers. I started with a dental hygienist and a dentist doing cleanings, extractions, and restorations. I then found a great orthodontist and completed braces treatment. Once complete, I found an oral surgeon to do a couple of implants, and that is where the drama began. The surgeon wanted to do a bone graph and a sinus lift before completing the implant. There were also a lot of inconsistencies, which caused a delay in my progress. I allowed them to install one implant but halted on the other. I had no desire to return for the abutment and crown, so I found a local dentist to complete the process (Reich Dental Center). Thankfully, they referred me to North Georgia Oral Surgery to have my previously installed implant uncovered. When I arrived at North Georgia Oral Surgery, I was thoroughly impressed. The facility is nice and welcoming. The staff is friendly and polite. I shared my concerns and previous experience, and they were eager to assist. We completed some 3D imaging, and Dr. Nadler assured me that he could uncover my implant and install the other without a bone graft or sinus lift. He was ready to perform the procedure IMMEDIATELY. I was utterly blown away. I was very nervous, but the staff comforted and reassured me that everything would be fine. Afterward, I returned to the dentist for my implant fitting, came home, and went to sleep. Here I am 24 hours later, feeling back to normal and writing this review. I feel no pain or discomfort, and I'm back at work with no downtime. I am forever grateful to Dr. Nadler and North Georgia Oral Surgery for completing my dental process and for his part in my dental journey. I'm so eager because my perfect smile is almost complete, exactly how I envisioned it. If you need a great oral surgeon, look no further. Update 10/31/22 I went back today to check the status of my implant, and amazingly it took PERFECTLY! I am so grateful and ecstatic about finalizing this process and so fortunate to have lucked upon Dr. Nadler & North Georgia Oral Surgery. Your work is excellent, and you saved me so much money. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

I had to visit this office for a short notice wisdom teeth removal surgery. It was my first time at the office and they made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. The oral surgeon and staff is very kind and professional and they work well with accommodating you into their day if needed. They make sure to check in on you the day after you surgery to make sure you are doing okay as well. A great oral surgery office, highly recommend coming here! I definitely will be returning for future implant surgeries!
