Welcome to our office. As the Office Manager of North Fulton Smiles, along with helping our amazing team with behind the scenes duties, my job is to oversee the office operations and assist our patients with their billing or insurance questions. I have over 20 years of dental experience and I love making people smile. I am committed to making our patients and their families have the best dental experience every time they are visiting us.
I was born and raised in South Florida where I met my husband of 18 years, Tony. Together, we have raised 3 beautiful children and are now loving the Gigi & Big Papa life to our 2 grandchildren. We moved to Georgia 14 years ago and have enjoyed our time in Georgia immensely. In our free time we enjoy date nights, spending time with our friends, relaxing on our boat at the lake, taking vacations and cheering on our Florida Gators during football season.
I love being the Patient Concierge and helping you maintain and achieve beautiful and healthy smiles. I have been working as a Dental Assistant since 2006. Dr. Bhat is a fantastic dentist to work with. I enjoy working with her and the rest of my team! I am a GA Dawg fan!!! Go Dawgs! I enjoy spending time with my family on the lake, watching football and reading. My son is on the varsity team at his high school, you can always catch on the field on a Friday night cheering himon!
I am one of the full-time Dental Hygienists at North Fulton Smiles. I graduated from Augusta University with my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2017. I have loved the dental field since an early age and have enjoyed the opportunity dental hygiene has given me to educate and connect with patients. I am dedicated to giving my patients the best care and continuing to learn and grow in dentistry. What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to empower patients with the knowledge and education to take control of their health.
I am a Georgia native who grew up in Woodstock. In my personal time I enjoy taking our German Shepherds on outings, participating in a corn-hole league and take the chance to go to the beach anytime I can!
Hi, I'm Ashley. Born and raised in Augusta, Ga. I have been a Dental Hygienist since 2010. I attended college at UGA (Go Dawgs!) and Medical College of Georgia. I love being a Dental Hygienist. Providing my patients with the highest level of care is my top priority.
I have been with North Fulton Smiles for six years, and have worked in the field of dentistry for a total of fourteen years. I received my Dental Hygiene degree in 2012, upon graduating from Georgia State University.
What I enjoy most about dentistry is helping patients improve and maintain their oral health, and teaching them about its positive effect on their health, overall. Dr. Bhat is always up to date with the latest technology, which ensures our patients receive the best care. I'm grateful, as part of her team, to have access to the most recent information on dental care.
General and cosmetic dentist Dr. Veena Bhat Venkataraman has been in practice since 1999. She is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, and received her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.
Dr. Bhat achieved her DDS degree from the Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago. Upon graduation, she continued her training and completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the University of California. She began the next chapter of her life in 2000, getting married and moving to the Alpharetta-Roswell area.
Dr. Bhat has served as a dental faculty member at the Georgia Perimeter Dental Hygiene Program and has practiced dentistry as an associate. In 2009, Dr.Bhat established herself at North Fulton Smiles in Alpharetta.
As part of her commitment as an Alpharetta dentist, Dr.Bhat attends several continuing education courses to enhance her practice and consistently provide exceptional quality care for her patients. She is a Cerec digital dentist and has been an active member of the Seattle Study Club of Atlanta for dentists since 2005. Her team consists of outstanding dental professionals who are just as dedicated as she is to her patients. Her friendly and caring disposition, attention to detail and focus on quality is what her patients appreciate the most.
Dr. Bhat and her husband Bala have two daughters and live in Alpharetta. Dr.Bhat, her team and her patients celebrated their new dental office located at the Silos at North Farm Marketplace in July2014.
