3. Limit extra companions during your visits to the office spouses and children will not be allowed in the office during your visit. Please make arrangements for this as we need to limit the number of people in the office at any one time. Companions are welcome to wait for you in your car during your visit. Only one guardian per minor will be allowed in the office.

Dr. Woods calm, cool demeanor placed me at ease as he thoroughly explained in a highly professional and knowledgeable manner what I was going to have done, the benefits of removing all 4 wisdom teeth as opposed to just the most damaged, the potential risks and how unlikely I would suffer them as a result of where my roots lay in proximity to nerves, sinus etc. His staff was completely professional and comforting leading up to my procedure and afterward as well. I would highly recommend a visit with Dr. Woods at North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery if you want your teeth in the best hands

I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed, as I have not had the best experiences with dental procedures in the past. However, Dr. Woods and his assistant were amazing and made the experience great! He was good at explaining what was going to happen next and what level/type of sensation/pressure/pain to expect. Along with that, he was very down-to-earth, conversational, and humorous, which also helped me relax and feel reassured! He told me he would treat me like one of his daughters, and he certainly did! I experienced very minimal discomfort. He and the staff are incredibly professional, patient, and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Woods for any type of oral surgery you may need!

Great Service! My son needed to see a maxilofacial surgeon ASAP he was referred by his dentist but didnt have an apointment yet, the night before the appointment his mouth got swollen because the wisdom teeth and in the morning I called explain the nurse the situation and they saw him, dr was fantastic told my son in details what was needed to do at the moment and proceed to tell me about the procedure and what to be aware. The staff was great and did great service, dr's assistant was amazing and dr also very kind, professional and fun make the experience amazing wanting my son go back to complete his procedure. Highly recommend this office.

They keep deleting my reviews, which should show you how unreasonable this company is. I had to contact the BBB, Florida Consumer Services, etc. and never once was able to get a clear answer on the charges on my account, considering I never once even had any services done at this office. The billing woman (Jennavee) threatened me. The billing manager at this office (Ruth) falsely claimed various things for which she was never even was there for. It's hilarious. And sad.
