3. Limit extra companions during your visits to the office spouses and children will not be allowed in the office during your visit. Please make arrangements for this as we need to limit the number of people in the office at any one time. Companions are welcome to wait for you in your car during your visit. Only one guardian per minor will be allowed in the office.

Friendly front office staff and caring dental assistants. Dr. Mazz took care of my 4 wisdom teeth extractions, which I completed with just laughing gas. He worked quickly, the extractions went by with ease, and my assistant made sure I was comfortable at all times. Process and post-op instructions were thoroughly explained. I was very happy with my visit! Thank you Dr. Mazz and staff!

First thing I want to say is wow! 2nd thing I want to say is if I could rate higher I would!!! The Dentist was great!! Dr. Mazzuoccole is the #1 in all of Florida. But the reason I am writing this review is because of Ms Taylor!! Ms Taylor was professional, awesome communicator, great at her job, and 2nd to none!!!!!!! When finished Ms Taylor gave me a thorough briefing on what I needed to do! Great business!!

I was so thankful for the efforts made in rescheduling my appointment during hurricane Ian (Mary, my children's children will know of your kindness). The procedure itself was presented quite transparently and could not have gone any smoother. They even included a thrilling wheelchair ride to my car at the end. Too bad I have no more wisdom teeth to extract. 10/10 would go back.

Fraudulent and predatory collections practices. They will lie directly to your face and ignore any request for information in writing AFTER your bill was paid in full and they decided you owed double.

Dr Mazz and the office staff are phenomenal! Nothing but a smooth procedure, no issues whatsoever! Dr Mazz was VERY quick too. Side note: my son is almost 13 and was ADAMANT about not having any Anesthesia. They were very understanding and super accommodating of this which is huge In my opinion. They were not at all pushy on putting him under. Highly recommend!

So it would definitely be 5 stars but I took away a star because bedside manners are very important to me. I seen Dr Mazzuoccolo for wisdom teeth extraction at the Orange Park office off Loch Rane Blvd. The nurse that came to hook me up to monitors was cutting me off while talking and had a very condescending laugh when I said I was having anxiety. The nurse/assistant with the short blonde hair has to be the best person in that place (aside from the surgeon), she reassured me before I even went back in the room. Anyways, I digress, Dr Mazz has to be the best oral surgeon ever. He was very sweet and listened to everything I said and reassured me that everything was okay and honestly it was. If you're like me and very scared of anesthesia or whatever it may be, DONT BE. He is great and will 100% take care of you and make sure you're okay. The office staff in general are very helpful as well. They set up your post op appt, give you a take home bag, and have your meds already sent to your preferred pharmacy by the time you're done with your operation. Very thorough place though, they definitely know what they're doing! Thank you Dr Mazz!

The first day I came in I was really blown away by how classy of an environment it is. I love that place itself isn't modernized. Very elegant. The surgeon extracted 2 broken teeth and a wisdom tooth, I didn't get a chance to thank them so I hope you all see this review. I am very grateful and it is answered prayer for me to have this work done, it's been a major source of anxiety for two years as I didn't have the means before. I didn't come across a single person on staff that didn't acknowledge me, that is very rare. Everyone was kind, helpful, it really felt like this office moves in unity- at least when it comes to the customers. Thank you for being God's tools and hands in answering my prayer. I highly recommend this office in particular.

I had a great experience here. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out & I chose to be awake for the procedure. It was no problem. Doctor and dental assistant made sure I was numb and comfortable. Also they made sure I knew the post-op instructions. Even got a complimentary tshirt & chapstick! Office staff was also friendly and patient. Clean office! Thank you, Dr. Mazz & staff!

Great staff and doctor. Removed four of my wisdom teeth and even checked up a couple days later. Not sure why they have a bad google rating. Also the waiting lobby looks great!

Just spoke to the office Manager who was very rude & continued to "SPEAK OVER ME & WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT A BILL FOR A CONSULTATION"! I ASKED SIMPLY TO PLEASE ALLOW ME TO SPEAK DUE TO THE OFFICE MANAGER CONTINUOUSLY ASSUMING I THOUGHT THEY WERE COASTAL DENTAL WHICH I KNOW WHO IM SPEAKING WITH WHEN CALLING YET THIS CONDESCENDING, RUDE WOMAN HUNG UP ON ME & CONTINUED TO HANG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED BACK!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THEY ARE WORKING WITH YOUR GREATEST ASSET YET ARE TOO RUDE TO ALLOW A PATIENT THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK OR ASK A QUESTION!! Worst place ever. I was trying to get an estimate. Made me wait over an hour in a room. Then they told me the same thing my dentist already told me. Charged me $150. Total waste of time. Office manager and doctor are horrible people. Doctor had to repeat what I was allergic to several times to the person holding a clipboard. Just go to Dr. Steakem in Fleming island. They can give you an estimate and won't put you through frustration or unnecessary charges. Everyone is significantly nicer and way better quality office.
