Dr. Zeng spent hiseducational life in Ann Arbor,Michigan, where he received his Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Michigan.He then went on to earn his DDS at the University of Detroit-Mercy in 2004. He opened his first practice in East Hartford in2005 where he continues to practice today. In 2011, he joined a practice in South Windsor that he now has sole ownership of. Dr. Zengprovides his patients with the unique opportunity to offer in house surgical proceduresincluding root canals, extractions, implants,and invisalign dental service, providing patients with unmatched, comprehensive dental care.

Emergency dental work done quickly and efficiently with no waiting at appointment time. Appointment provided within 48hrs for some emergency work.

Hello everyone, You have to be really beware of the dental facility. It's a bad professional practice that the customer service representative canceled client's appointment unilaterally. However, during Covid-19 the facility usually disturbed the client to attend appointment prior to the designated date. Now, they believe they have the audacity to cancel client's scheduled appointment at will. Therefore, the public should beware of the obnoxious activity. KINDLY BEWARE OF YOUR DENTAL NEEDS WITH NORTH EAST DENTAL GROUP IN SOUTH WINDSOR/MANCHESTER CT.....

Dental services provided have always been spot on. From routine services like cleanings and check ups to root canal, fillings, implants and crowns, Dr Zeng does a great job. Recently however, billing has been off and every time I call to correct, I wind up leaving a message and no one calls me back. I never know if billing is getting corrected or not. I am very disappointed with this aspect of the office.

Arrived at office and checked in. Filled out all the forms that are associated with covid-19. After which I was about to sit down when the receptionist I was early that I could see the Dentist (15minutes early) no other patients ere being taken care of because of the rain storm. Once in the exam room I was prepared and waited for the Dentist. Dr. Zeng came in and examined my mouth ( Cap fell out and needed to be recemented. Made the proper prep work and with the assistance of the Dental Hygienist the tooth was recemented back in place. Made sure that I could floss properly. I was treated in a professional manner and I have no complaints. Thomas Schiebel

I appreciate that you were able to get me in to see the dentist on the day I called because I needed some unexpected dental work.
