I am always welcomed and treated well and never feel uncomfortable. They check in during cleanings and fillings and any work to make sure I'm ok through the whole process they make sure to accommodate their patients in anyway possible. Their staff are all very friendly! Both my older kids were nervous of dentists at the last place we went to, but here they aren't scared at all, they are actually excited to get their teeth cleaned which is a huge help for parents not needing to force or hear your child crying during the process! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Combine that with their knowledgeable staff and a beautiful, clean office and you know you can't find a better dental office!

I went in with both of my boys expecting a rough time but from the moment I walked in until the moment I left it was anything but. The hygienist Sheri was very good with my kids (2 and 5). They were both so nervous. It's very rare you come across someone in an office that know how to act like they are working with kids without being awkward or just not even trying. Sheri knew exactly how to explain to my boys what was happening to make it a fun atmosphere for my boys. When we walked in they were nervous and when we walked out they had big smiles on their faces. The dentist that took care of us was also very good with them! I'm very happy with how everything went!

I have never been one to place priority on my oral health. Likely because of laziness. I'm at the point now, where it's time to take it more seriously. I was nervous walking into Northeast Dental Arts for this reason (judgment being a huge one). I can assure everyone, that the nervousness had no foundation. From check in to check out I had the very best experience to date out of any practice I've been to. My visit started with Jordyn (an amazing, patient, person) who went above and beyond any cleaning I've experienced and ended with a tag team of Dr. Fleisig and Rae who knocked out fillings in record time as I had another appointment to be at. First time I haven't had some awkward bite effect after fillings. I'm glad I took the time to do research on where to go, and I'm grateful to those above who took excellent care of me, judgement free. They cared, genuinely.

I had the pleasure of going to North East dental arts after several years of neglecting the dentist due to fear. Every single person there made me feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. Morgan was my hygienist and she was so sweet and patient with me and knew my fears. They treat you like family there and I will not be going anywhere else. 10/10 recommend this office!!

The worst place ever, my son was there a month ago for an exam and filling. Today was supposed to be cleaning, I told the lady no xrays and I only wanted a cleaning whatever is covered by insurance. She said ok, then a billing lady comes out and tries to sell me on a x-ray talking about decay and stuff. I said no thanks. She says ok, 8 min later she comes back out and says since you won't get an x-ray we need to do an exam and charge you for it. Are you kidding me? Worst dentist I have ever been to. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Kind and caring team. They went out of their way to know my name and make me comfortable. First visit was very thorough. This practice is different - the most professional, detailed, and considerate group I have ever experienced. Second visit I needed a procedure. They took their time to explain what was happening and asked about my comfort throughout. I feel lucky to be a patient with them.
