Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I would give zero stars if I could. September 28th I went to their office to do a cleaning. I understand that I am a new patient and there are requirements such as x-rays and things of that nature, so I confirmed on the phone that I would be able to get the cleaning done before going into the office. Once at the office they did the X-rays and the preliminary set up. My appointment was at 3pm and after all the waiting and new patient run around it was around 4:15. I was then told it was too late to do the cleaning and that they normally don't do it on the first visit, which is not what I was told on the phone when I called. This was Wednesday and I was told I would hear from them on Friday. That was in September, here we are at the end of October and I have called for follow ups 3 times to get updates and they said they would call me back, and they never did.Now I have to find a new dentist and my insurance will not cover X-rays this close together so that is another issue all together. This office has wasted a month of my time and I still haven't had my teeth cleaned. At this point I feel like I've been scammed out of my insurance allowance and my time.

I use to love this dentist office, I've been a patient for about 5 years. Since new staff l, a lot has changed. My son had a scheduled appointment, he went they were closed. He was never scheduled again. They use to keep up with annual cleaning appointments and call to schedule, they no longer do that. I'm really considering finding a new dentist

Good dentists and staff. Wait times are getting a bites long. I waited over 1.5 hours to be seen by a dentist only to find out the hygienist wasn't in. They should re consider their 3rd party emergency call center service as they were not easy to reach. Overall I would recommend.

I have been to North Cypress Dentistry now twice from a recommendation and have been so pleased with my visits! I have always hated going to the dentist, but Kim the hygienist is great and very gentle. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They are very efficient and get you in & out! Doug helped me understand my benefits and even went to bat for me with my insurance company. I will definitely continue to come here for all my future dental needs!

My fiance is terrified of the dentist and this is the only office he is comfortable going to. They did the inital appointment and discovered all the issues and made a plan for his cleanings, extractions, and all other necessary thing needed to bring him back to a comfortable state with his teeth. He smiles more and doesn't hesitate to say he needs an appointment now when he is in pain. The front desk staff are so helpful considering we had issues with insurance, and the dental assistants are amazing, and can't forget the Dentist, who explain what is needed any why THANK YOU ALL so very much for helping us!!!

I had been their patient for the last 5 years, until today that they decided to force me to get a deep cleaning for $1200+, I said I just wanted a regular cleaning, they refused to do it just because I am not letting them oversell me a service I don't need. Total lunatics. Went across the street, got my regular cleaning, my new dental office, very professional and friendly staff who did not and will not try to steal my money.

Dr Shah did my root canal for two teeth and he was wonderful. Also, Dr Ali Memar did my crown and I'd say he was excellent in his job as well. I'm super satisfied with my dental procedures by both the dentists. They've got a wonderful team as well!!!

I would like to say that as soon as I walked through the doors, I felt like home. The staff greeted me and treated me as a member of the family / team. Everything about the office was perfect. I love how friendly and kind everyone was. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone. It was the best service I have received in my lifetime. Doug & Jackie were very attentive, Jennifer, Kim & Angela were great with assisting Dr Ibraheem. There is not enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was today! 5 star rating! No one enjoys the dentist but my experience here have exceeded my expectations. Great staff, very friendly and spent time with me to answer all my questions. The prices are also very good. I was able to get in the same day for fillings and a deep clean. The hygienist, Kimberly is great, as well as the dentist Ibraheem Highly recommend. Edit: My latest visit was to have a few wisdom teeth extracted. Very satisfied, Doug was great as usual, the assistant's for the oral surgeon were friendly and made me feel comfortable, the oral dentist, Alexander, was also friendly and explained everything that would be done. Would highly recommend for your basic dental needs all the way to surgical needs.

Today was our first visit to this dentist office and I can't say enough nice things about them. From the moment we scheduled our appointment over the phone to walking in and being seen, all of the staff were so friendly and patient with my two year old son.
