Meet Dawn, our office Manager! Dawn is the first smiling face you'll see when you enter our office. Her main objective is to ensure that everyone who visits our practice receives excellent patient care and communication. In her free time Dawn enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and 2 young grandsons.
We are super excited to welcome the newest member of our team, Kim! She has been a dental hygienist since 1992 after earning her associates degree from Prairie State College of Dental Hygiene. Kim has been practicing in the Naperville area for over 20 years and we know you will love her! She believes in building strong relationships with her patients and providing them with the knowledge they need to keep their teeth healthy and their smile beautiful.
Karen has been a hygienist for 33 years and has been here in Naperville for over 23 of those years. She earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University in 1988. As a hygienist, Karen, enjoys providing dental care for her patients and educating them about their dental hygiene. Her favorite part of the job is developing a relationship with the patient. She feels that her job is about the whole person, not just their teeth. Karen has been married for almost as long as she has been a hygienist. She and her husband have two daughters, one son, two grandsons and three dogs. Karen is active in her church and a Daughter of the American Revolution. In her free time, she enjoys making homemade cards, gardening, crocheting, and being in Wisconsin and Tennessee, but most of all spending time with her family.
Heather is our Saturday hygienist! She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene and graduated Cum Laude from West Liberty University in 2007. She is upbeat, positive and her care for her patients shows through the relationships she builds with anyone who sits in her chair! She takes pride in providing great dental care and patient education. She loves motivating patients to achieve a healthy and happy lifestyle. Outside of work Heather enjoys and an active lifestyle and any time she can spend with her husband and 3 young daughters.
Maureen earned her Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in 2001. She then went on to graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental Hygiene School with honors in 2006. In her free time Maureen enjoys biking and spending time with her 5 children.

Dr. Gallavin and her staff were excellent when I needed my tooth fixed urgently. A piece had cracked off and they were able to fit me in and take care of the problem. You are a great help!

Dr Gallavin is amazing. The staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. I had some fillings that I needed and it was the least painful anesthetic I have ever had. I didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful dental practice

Had a great experience at Dr Gallavin's office. Dr Gallavin has experience and work styles similar to Dr Reid. Dr Gallavin has done several things for me already and I have had no issues! She's great with working with staged plans and listened when I needed pain management during procedures.

First visit with Dr Polly and her staff, they were welcoming and professional. I had moved from a larger dentist office where I felt like a number so it was nice to have a more local and personable experience. I left there understanding more about what was going on and confident in their initial assessment. I look forward to taking the whole family there!
