My was so pleased with Lauren service. After the horrible encounter with another oral surgeon in Encinitas I did not trust anyone other surgeon. Lauren listened and got me in to see Dr Chan asap. After meeting Dr Chan his bed side manners were impressive and very compassionate. My surgery will be next week and I feel more confident in Dr Chan. Thank you Lauren and the office manager in helping me feel care for. I will definitely recommend this office and Dr Chan.

Was referred here by my dentist in order to have a tooth extracted. Came in, was asked a few questions, and we got started on removing the tooth. Process was quick and the pain was minimal. Staff was friendly and genuine. After a couple of bad experiences at other places in the past, this place gives me hope.

Great dental surgeon. Dr. Jason Thompson did an amazing job of preparing my mouth for a beautiful set of dentures. After an x-ray and examination, Dr. Thompson explained all the options and gave his recommendation based on "biggest bang for the buck." He was also wide open to input given to him by my general dentist, Dr. Marc Lindbeck, who was designing my new dentures. Between the two of them, my wife and I became well informed and confident of all our decisions. The teeth that I had left were no longer viable. In only one surgery Dr. Thompson extracted those remaining teeth, placed three implants in my lower arch, and bone grafted an area of significant bone loss. He also coordinated with my general dentist before and after the procedure, to ensure that the implants abutted perfectly with the bottom denture. The result is that I have a great set of teeth that allows me to eat with ease. The implants are in solid, or well-integrated as Dr. Thompson would say; and they hold the bottom denture in place without any movement when I chew. I now have good dental health, and I smile a lot more because I'm so happy that I have a smile that I can be proud of. I get compliments quite a bit. People of my age (senior) ask how I keep my teeth looking so perfect. They are floored when I tell them that they are not real. Dr. Thompson is highly confident in his skills yet is very personable. He loves helping people achieve good dental health and appearance, and that is what he did for me. My wife had heard of the good reputation of North County Oral and Facial Surgical Center (NCOFSC) and now we know from experience that their great reputation is well deserved. It is a highly professional and caring place to go. They know what they are doing and they work with you. Just walking into the place inspires confidence. I had a 4 wisdom tooth extraction under IV sedation with Dr. Ian McDonald about a week ago that I have been recovering nicely from with no complications. I highly recommend the Escondido surgery center location where I went as the staff was professional and welcoming at all levels from the front desk to assistants to the anesthesiologist and, of course, the wonderfully kind and understanding Dr. McDonald. From the consultation to take a look at my wisdom teeth where he took the time to patiently answer all questions regarding the surgery itself and afterward where he gave a follow-up call to check on how I was doing, I am grateful I chose to have all my wisdom teeth removed under his and his team's excellent care.

My experience was exceptional! From the friendly front office staff to the helpful consultant, the appts. went very smoothly. Dr. Madsen is a phenomenal oral surgeon. He eased my anxiety about an implant procedure and I knew I was in great care. The recovery was so easy and quick and to top things off, I received a beautiful floral arrangement from the office. The whole experience was even better than I anticipated and I'm so grateful to Dr. Madsen and the staff!

My 3rd wonderful experience at NCOFC. Most recently with Dr. Soleberg. Required a molar removed due to a crack in the tooth. Did the extraction and made precise measurements for the replacement implant. No pain at all. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

When my bridge failed, I was devastated. I went to NCOFSC and saw Dr. Soelberg who was amazing. I was very nervous and apprehensive, but they comforted me and were very accommodating. Reassuring me that everything would be fine. He changed my life when he gave me my beautiful smile with my new implants. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I've been going to the best dentist I've ever known, Dr. Rob McLachlan. He referred me to Dr. Andrus for implant surgery. Dr.Andrus is excellent as is the entire staff of NCOFSC in Escondido on Grand Ave. Can you believe they had a Thanksgiving bouquet delivered to my home?! I AM THANKFUL for the EXCELLENT CARE from Dr. McLachlan of North County Prostidontics and Dr. Andrus of NCOFSC.

I feel like I was taken advantage of by one the Dentist's here. Making me take a CT scan that I did not want to do and proceeds to tell me my insurance is not covered with them. It's already hard times as it is now I had to pay them for a CT scan that did nothing for me. These people are rich and will still stop at nothing to make you pay. I would not recommend this place at all..

If you are looking for the best oral Surgeon in all San Diego Dr Madsen and his Clinical coordinator Deanna Cogbill are outstanding in their care and skills and patient care , They are so passionate.! I had 5 dental implants done in April 2021 with excellent outcome and excellent follow through and they go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied and safe, They are very caring and passionate. I am so lucky and fortunate to have Dr Madsen and also all his staff especially his clinical coordinator Deanna Cogbill that is outstanding and patient passionate, so kind and so patient and reflect such a positive and inviting atmosphere and that is what Dr Madsen is all about. Dr Madsen Is a very caring and passionate oral surgeon. Not only he is the most skilled in his field, his background is very reassuring to how much knowledge he has. Dr Madsen is very humble and a great listener on top of all his other outstanding qualifications !! Dr Madsen and Deanna and the other staff are the best of the best you can dream about. You are in very good hands if you go to his office.

Just got my dental implant put in by Dr. Madsen. It was a wonderful visit, very easy no pain. Dr. Madsen was very kind and informative. He guided me through out the process and made me feel very comfortable. The office was very spacious and clean. The ladies in the front office was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you again, Dr. Madsen for being so gentle and kind. You made the procedure super easy!

When I found out my daughter had a Dentigerous Cyst we were scared and didn't know what to expect. We contacted Dr. Soelberg at North County Oral & Facial Surgery Center and he immediately put our minds at ease. Once we came into the office he walked us through every detail and took such good care of my daughter. The procedure was fast, instructions for follow up care helpful and effective. And she had minimal pain the next day. Dr Soelberg followed up with us to make sure she was doing okay and let us know if there was any issues we could speak with him anytime. We will definitely use North County Oral & Facial Surgery Center and Dr. Soelberg for all our future needs.

My dentist recommended NCOFSC after discovering a molar broken off below the gum line. Dr. Soelberg saw me the same day, and surgery was scheduled within a week. The tooth extraction, implant and bone graft were all done at once. I anticipated swelling, bruising and pain post surgery, and was amazed to have very little swelling, almost no bruising and negligible pain. I was treated with respect and care by the entire staff, and highly recommend Dr. Soelberg and NCOFSC.
