Dr. Chang has been dedication her career to providing excellent dental care since 2004. She graduated from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery ( DDS ) degree. She then completed a first year residency in VA Ann Arbor Healthcare Systems, and a second year residency in VA Sepulveda in Greater Los Angeles. Lastly, she has completed her specialty training in Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR.
As a root canal specialist, Dr. Changs expertise lies in the pathology of the dental pulp and periradicular disease. She is committed to provide excellent patient center care alongside her colleagues to enable her patient to benefit from a team of specialists.
Dr. Chang is a member of American Dental Associates, California Dental Association, and San Diego County Dental Association. When she is not at work, Dr. Chang enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Dr. Patrick Huston received his dental degree at the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. Following seven years of private general dental practice, he went on to get a certificate in advanced periodontics at Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry. As a board certified periodontist, Dr. Hustons primary expertise is in the field of comprehensive periodontal disease management and complex implant dentistry.
He remains on the forefront of his profession by providing training and professional services in conservative laser periodontal care, minimally invasive periodontal plastic surgery, implant surgery using the All-on-4 treatment concept, and complex regenerative and reconstructive therapies with autogenous and biologic materials with BMP. He strives to make periodontal and implant treatments friendly to patients and referrals by communicating and utilizing optimal diagnostics with CBCT scans and digital impression techniques.
Dr. Huston is currently an associate professor in the Department of Advanced Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University. Dr. Huston is a member of the American Board of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontics, California Society of Periodontics, International Congress of Oral Implantologists,American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Osseointegration, and the American and California Dental Associations.
A native of north San Diego County, Dr Saper graduated from UC San Diego and then the UCLA school of Dentistry. He went on to Study Orthodontics and Dento-facial Orthopedics at St Louis University and continued his training with additional specialized experience in the treatment of complex surgical cases in conjunction with the University of Illinois Department of Oral Surgery. These cases brought an appreciation of a team approach to patient treatment.
One of Dr. Sapers passions has always been inspiring others to reach their full potential. He has consistently been involved in education. During the years following his orthodontic training he served as a program director of a health sciences training program and earned a doctorate in education while teaching orthodontics abroad with the health volunteers overseas, an organization sponsored by the American Dental Association. He was cited by the American Dental Association for his volunteer teaching in Haiti.

FOR YOUR SAFETY do not see Dr. Edwardian for any of your dental needs. I went to his practice to treat a toothache that he claimed needed a root canal and was shocked by his distance from the truth. I endured 2 weeks of pain caused by 3 of his "temporary" plugs failing within days of operation, one of which before I even arrived home. It wasn't until I went to another dentist that the terrifying reality came to light. It was clear that the tooth never needed to be opened in the first place leaving me, in my early 20s, with a tooth that will later in life need to be removed due to Dr. Edwardian's false judgment. I do have faith that he once ran a wonderful practice, however, in this modern age of medical technology, and his aging along side it, he has clearly lost his ability to find the best approach to meeting dental needs.

Not sure why all the good reviews. Made a appointment three weeks in advance, show up to my appointment to find that they are hacks to see me due to my insurance not covering the exam. Why they couldn't haven't let me know this prior to arrival? Interesting, don't waste your time

I'm exceedingly happy with the dental service I received. The work was excellent with a quick turnaround time on my crown and bridge. They made it as painless as possible. Even the little things you bite down on for an x-ray didn't have sharp points on it! They also went the extra mile to make sure the fit and feel were perfect. They referred me to an excellent endodontist for a root canal as well. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I've been bringing my kids here for a couple months now Dr.Joe is by far my favorite! Very quick and efficient, and answered all my questions and concerns. Their DA Yesenia has always treated us with a smile and very pleasing as well. Definitely going to continue bringing my children here.

The team here is amazing and so helpful. I came in for a check up and found out I had two cavities. I was extremely nervous for my procedure but Dr. Edwards is so nice and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning for all of my dental needs!

After many years of neglect, my teeth were in really bad shape. Dr Ed and his entire team at North County Dental did an amazing job. I can smile now!!! They are caring and very proficient. I highly recommend them. OK...so I used my wife's google account and her photo is from halloween, my teeth don't look like that...

These guys are absolutely AMAZING!!!i ended up with a massive tooth infection which was causing me serious amounts of pain. They fit me in on a Saturday afternoon while they were super busy and helped me out big time!!! Dr. Aznavour was so amazingly patient and kind to me seeing I'm a gigantic baby when it comes to the dentist!!! I couldn't recommend him and his entire team more!!!

I needed extensive work on my teeth, and was also suffering from severe gum recession. I was a bit worried about the quality of the limited number of dentist available in my current plan, however I'm happy to report that my fears were unfounded. Dr. Adourian and his team are truly a top-notch organization! Their professionalism is impressive, not to mention the added bonus of kindness, caring and old-world manners. I love my new gorgeous new smile, enhanced by my now healthy gums!

Money hungry moochers! I went in to get a look to see what all I needed done to get my dental hygiene up to par. After all the X-Rays and ect. They tell me my treatment plan would cost about 2K w/ insurance so instead of calling Tri-Care to tell them about my dental plan and see what Tri-Care could cover within that plan they just continued on, I ended up getting a root canal which the receptionist said cost $843.00 Tri-Care paid $444.90 and I paid $252.90 out of pocket and now the receptionist is calling me saying I owe them $226.86....If my math is correct that doesn't add up to $843.00 it comes out to $924.67! So someone is lying and I know it's not Tri-Care.
