Dr. Marabeh is the practicing doctor behind North County Dental Arts. He regards dentistry as his vocation as the profession allows him the greatest opportunity to help people out of their suffering. He is a sincere dentist who cannot picture himself doing anything but dentistry. The doctor believes that every day presents a fresh opportunity to help people and perfect the practice of dentistry. He has had considerable experience in practicing dentistry all these years.
The doctor received his undergraduate degree from the University of California San Diego. Following this, he completed his residency at the trauma center in New York City. After several years in New York, he decided to return to his home in San Diego. The warmth of San Diego proved to be a much better alternative than the harsh winters of New York. Ever since, it has been his motto to brighten smiles in the West Coast. When he is not busy at his clinic, Dr. Marabeh can be found enjoying deep-sea fishing and surf fishing. He is an avid fan of body surfing and loves to catch a few waves at the Del Mar beach with his twin boys.
A. Growing up, I always felt attracted to science. As I grew older, I began to enjoy working with my hands, helping people, and I wanted to do something in the field of healthcare. It was at this point that I realized that as a dentist, I could meet all my lifes objectives. I could help patients relieve severe pain, and also improve their self-esteem by discovering their ideal smile. Furthermore, being in this profession also allows me the everyday opportunity to let patients be comfortable with dental practices.
I honestly realized that dentistry could be a nerve-wracking experience. Many people are put off by the anticipation of a reclining dentists chair, bright lights focused on the face, and the idea of a stranger probing the inside of their mouths. I work hard to earn peoples trust so that they can feel comfortable.
A. Heres a cool story for you. I grew up right here in North County San Diego, and went to Rancho Bernardo High School. I attended the University of California San Diego undergrad and finally left town to complete dental school at NYU. Following NYU, I completed a surgical and dental residency at a level one trauma center in New York City. After experiencing the four seasons in New York, I was happy to return to sunny San Diego to build my career. I practiced in central San Diego for a few years as an associate, but I wanted to set roots and give back to the community that gave me so much growing up, so I founded North County Dental Arts.
A. I love seeing my patients as a whole. Meaning, I want my patients to feel comfortable, relaxed, and understand exactly what they want and what needs to be done to their teeth to make them feel their best. Also, since Im born and raised in North County, it brings me great joy to give back to the same community that raised me. I feel at home here and I hope I make every patient feel as if they have a home here at North County Dental Arts too.
A. Well, I have two twin boys that are my world so Id say my greatest passion is family. Theres no greater joy than spending a day at the beach with the ones I love. Whether fishing, paddle boarding, or just enjoying the ocean and sun, I love being outside with my family. I wouldnt trade this life for any other.

The doctor and staff here are awesome! The facility is super clean and the dentist AJ uses some very high tech state of the art equipment. Previous dentists I have used I felt they were taking advantage of me and offering dental procedures I didnt need, but he is very honest and caring. I have been there twice so far and its safe to say I will be using him from now on. All the work Ive gotten done is stellar and I fell my teeth are looking and feeling great. So happy I have found such a great practice!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding.the office is nice and clean, the location is easy to find and the parking can't be better. . With my limited time and my busy work schedule I was in and done.with all the dental work that I needed in 3 weeks. Dr Marabeh is one amazing Dentist very meticulous and explains everything in details. He did an outstanding work on my crowns and fillings. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a dentist in Escondido and San Diego area. I will going back to all my dental needs. Thank you for giving me my beautiful smile!

My experience at North County Dental was amazing. The staff were all kind and very helpful. I had brought my little four year old and conveniently the receptionist was willing to help while the doctor worked on my teeth. My little one played educational games and she was so kind to keeping on eye on him in the time of my appointment. The Doctor was thorough and very sufficient with his work on my tooth. He was truly exceptional. He made sure I felt no pain. He called me later that evening following up with me concerning my healing after a bone graft surgery I had. I would definitely go back to this office.

Dr Maribeth explained everything that had to be done what he could see in my mouth. He went into full detail. Staff was very nice I will be going back for further work. Wasn't scared as I used to be.

I saw Dr Marabeh for the 1st time a few weeks ago. It was a very pleasant experience from my reception at the front desk by Kayla, to the doctors assistants and of course meeting Dr Marabeh! I was seen quickly and my needs were assessed very thoroughly and efficiently. I came from a previous dentist that I had seen for over 10 years and I don't remember an appointment that didn't last 2 hours as I was attended to between other patients! I felt I had their total attention at NC Dental Arts. My concerns were addressed and we made an appointment for my next visit so that my dental work could begin. I was in and out of my appointment in 45 minutes, a record for me! I recommend NC Dental Arts to anyone looking for a new dentist or wants to make a change as I did. Wonderful caring people!

Dr Marabeh is a great doctor!! He did an amazing job with my dental work I'm very happy. Dr Marabeh and his assistant Josue understood my slight fear and nervousness of shots, they both where very patient throughout the process and made everything comfortable. My crown came out great, shade match was prefect. Josue was also great at taking my x rays and was patient while taking them as I kept needing breaks. Kayla was helpful at accommodating my hectic schedule for my appointments. I highly recommended Dr Marabeh and his team at North County Dental Arts.

Amazing service, great staff, and clean clinic My daughter was in severe pain her tooth has broken in half and we didn't know what to do we went to the clinic and he told us her condition he explained everything very well! Thank you I really recommend everyone to go to this clinic.

Excellent dentist and a very clean and professional place. I have had major work done and Dr. A. J made the process and the procedure smooth and painless. Due to his advise and the plan that he put from the moment I saw him, he saved me time in which would have taken longer somewhere else. He was able to come up with the best solution to the problems I had. I needed extractions, bone grafting and implants. Thank you Dr. A.J

I have seen various dental specialists throughout my life, and have never enjoyed going to the dentist. The quality of service at Dr. Marabeh's office was unmatched. Not only was the Staff very kind and responsive, but Dr. Marabeh was friendly, efficient, and most importantly-- good at numbing. You can tell he's truly passionate about his career. Looks like the dentists office isn't so bad after all.

Dr. Marabeh is by far the most amazing dentist. I shared some of my history that made me afraid and not trusting of dentists; he was very patient with me. He explains your situation and the care you will need in great detail. I have been avoiding dental care because my past experiences have been incredibly painful and costly. I needed 3 cavities filled; he took incredible care of me and in a timely, but efficient manner. I will now be seeing Dr. Marabeh moving forward and no longer am afraid of going to the dentist.
