I had a cleaning here in which the male dental hygienist told me I should get braces because of my tooth gap....I told him I like the way my teeth are and he was offended by this, so in a snarky way he tried to tell me that my bottom row of teeth are crooked.... I have never had a dentist tell me I need braces, they have always said I have "perfect teeth". And, I have never had braces, so my teeth are not going to be in a completely uniformed straight line. I have never had a problem with my teeth, nor have I had a cavity. I said that I do not want or need braces to which he replied, "well it's going to be your wedding picture one day" LOL ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! This comment was so unnecessarily rude and unbelievably MISOGYNISTIC!!!! This is after, being rude to all of the other female hygienists, acting superior, and egocentric. Also, they lost my x-ray within 10 minutes of me being there.... and then just did not know what they were doing... I would not recommend this dentist's office!!!!

I witnessed one of your dental assistants speaking in a wildly inappropriate manner regarding a difficult patient today, 2/2/17. I personally witnessed flagrant disregard for HIPPA regulations and talk that we all know happens behind the scenes about difficult patients BUT SHOULD NEVER happen on front of a room full of non-involved persons. What an embarrassment. I'll be emailing a detailed encapsulation to the company at the address given below. This person DOES NOT BELONG in a professional medical environment, period.

My kids have been attending north country for 2 years now and I don't have anything but good things to say! The staff is always so attentive and accommodating and I always leave with happy kids!!

I'm sharing this because it's messed up! I'm 17 and have been going to this dentist most of my life and I always had good doctors/assistance nurses there that were always nice and knew about my anxiety and was patient with me but this one doctor today just couldn't be patient and told me that I don't need to be coaxed into getting my fillings done meaning I can't be babied but I thought once you turned 18 that's when your an adult and plus it's a kids dentist if your not going to respect someone or be patient with teens with mental illnesses don't work with them then I just think it's very low and I'm definitely going to be going to a dentistry that respects my mental illnesses and will be nice and patient with me don't bring your teens here unless you want to get a bunch of attitude thrown in your face for having an anxiety attack and because your crying, that's messed up let me tell you that!

My children had a cleaning done here yesterday. My son is 10 and has severe anxiety about the dentist. I made this clear to the hygienist and the dentist both while we were there. The hygienist was extremely rude when she was doing my sons cleaning, he was having a panic attack and crying and she kept yelling at him, was visibly frustrated that she was doing his cleaning and was not comforting at all. She was very rough with my son. I asked her twice to stop so my son could catch his breath because he was crying so hard! She rolled her eyes and huffed several times while doing the cleaning. By the time she was done my sons mouth was full of blood from her being so rough! Then when the dentist came in he was extremely rude to me about not having the work done previously for my children. If I could give zero stars I would! I will be switching practices and do not suggest this place for anyone! It's unfortunate too because the receptionist was exceptional and very nice!

This was my son's first visit to the dentist. They were super friendly and made him feel very comfortable. Dr.Chen and his assistant both did an amazing job with my son. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Definitely would recommend Dr. Chen they all did amazing and made us feel comfortable the minute we walked in. The rooms are cute and child friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Both of my daughters have been seen in this office. They are very kind, patient, and explain in detail every option we had regarding different things. The dentist made them feel comfortable and was able to clean my 2 year olds teeth with out her crying or having any melt down! I was impressed. We've been going to this office for 3 years now and have never had any issues.

Do not let these people anywhere near your kids teeth!! Because of their outright neglect and lies directly to my face my child now has to be transferred out of their office to get a root canal. They continuously found easy cavities to fill and ignored the worst one on the x-rays over and over again. Honestly the last time I went I think the lady filled a pretend cavity just so that she could get money from the insurance. She supposedly found it by blowing air on my sons teeth. Really..... The place is basically a large room with dividers so that you can see the parents on either side of you. How sterile is that really? Equipment they used to fill the cavities looks like it's 70 years old with exposed wires on the floor. I really have no idea how the health department hasn't gone in there and given serious code violations. The whole operation of cleaning your children's teeth is like moving cattle in there. There is zero social distancing between your children and other children and you as a parent and other parents. None of the employees use any sort of sanitary practices for their body aside from gloves and a mask going from room to room, just changing gloves. I'm embarrassed that I allowed my children to be there for as long as they were. The receptionist were super nice though. The hygienists are hit or miss. The dentists on the other hand......

This was one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever been in. The rooms are separated by half walls and curtains so you can hear everything going on. In the room next to me someone who works in the office was talking about how COVID was bullshit and debating transgender rights and being incredibly rude about it ( doesn't matter where you stand it's a business politics should be left at the door) once I brought up how uncomfortable I was to the office manager she went over and the worker lied and said the patients mother was on the phone with someone and she had nothing to do with that conversation. After the office manager left she loudly explained "everyone has the rights to their own options." After waiting for an hour and a half I was finally seen and I ended up having a panic attack and asked for a minute to calm down and the hygienist said "Then I can't do this!" And left the room which resulted in me feeling even worse about my anxiety. Overall I felt like I was not welcomed there and that they didn't take my concerns about anxiety seriously.
