My initial visit went very well. They seem like a very professional dental practice. Very thorough. I am expecting my dental work will go well with North Country Dental. I went to my appointment on Wed.to have my crown done and some other work. It went even better than I expected. Dr. Hamilton is the best dentist I have ever experienced. Everything done in one sutting, it all went smoothly. I highly recommend. Oct. 11, 2022 My crown installed 2 years ago fell off yesterday and disappeared. I called first thing this morning and they got me in an hour later. New crown installed and I was all done by noon. No charge. I think probably no procedure is perfect but when the problem came up it was fixed right away.

It is always a great experience with NCD. They are friendly, professional, and do a great job on my teeth. I used to be a bit anxious with dental visits, but that has ceased with NCD. I'm a completely satisfied customer!

I have been an extremely satisfied patient of NCD both in Gorham and North Conway for about 30 years! When I was fully insured through my employment most things were covered. Now that I have no dental insurance in my retirement, I find the expense very difficult. I wonder if Dr Schoenbeck would ever consider senior discounts for his loyal and very longterm patients?

I've lived in the MT. Washington Valley since 1980. I know from experience that North Country Dental is the most skilled practice you can choose. The staff is committed to professional growth. Just because we live in rural NH no longer means we have to settle for less than top quality dental service.

Always a pleasure to have such professional care as well as to be treated in a friendly manner. Had a small emergency visit and got treated extremely well. Everyone here is fantastic! My entire family sees them and we're always well taken care of. Billing is straightforward which is much appreciated! I've never had any kind of unwanted surprise in terms of billing. Glad we've found such a reliable dentist office!

I have dental insurance, it allows me one full exam per year and two cleaning per year My full exam was October Today was my cleaning I was told by hygienist that after my cleaning I'd be examined by dentist I told her I'm just here for a cleaning no exam You see my insurance will not cover this part of exam and hygienist kept insisting I needed this My problem with this is I've given them my business and have completed the full exam with x-rays in October already I don't need another exam less than a year as it will not be covered, the pressure to see dentist after was to the point that I had to leave It's unfortunate to try to push billable services onto patients telling them they have to see the dentist after, I get it if the dentist wants to come in and check after the cleaning but that was not what I was being forced to do, be aware they will try to push a dentist visit with your cleaning and that's NOT ok.
