FYI: North Country Dental in Gorham,NH,. Just look elsewhere if your consdering them! Had to go back 2 dif occasions in pain after a Dental Crown, took almost a month to see me to adjust it then another 3 wks to readjust again. All about the Money with them. Rush in Rush out Pay us! Doesnt explain anything. terrible Patient Service! Andrscoggin Family Dentistry in Berlin on Pleasant Street Sooo much better!

I hadn't been to the dentist in many many years but the staff here immediately put me at ease. Everyone was incredibly nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They were helpful, patient and completely non-judgmental. Would definitely recommend them!

First time appointment here today 5/10/2022. This is an AWESOME dental office. Everyone is so very nice and caring, Dr. Mark Hartzler, Cecilia, and Christy. Everything that is being done is explained very well.

I have to say that these guys are awesome! Going to the dentist isn't exactly a fun experience but these guys make you feel like you're part of their family. Can't say enough about that! Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything. Thank you! I can't speak highly enough about them! Can't wait to go back :)

I have been going to North Country Dental for many years and I've always been satisfied with there services also they are a great group of professionals. I have had Denise Roberge as a Dental Hygienist for many years and she always does a great job on my teeth. She is very good and knowledgeable at her job! I would definitely recommend them to friends. Thanks North Country Dental for taking good care of my teeth!

It was a long process and North Country Dental was with me every step of the way. Their staff is incredible. Super professional never ounce did I feel uncomfortable. First rate first experience! It has been very hard to find quality dental care near western Maine since moving here 4 years ago. I cold called North County Dental after reading reviews. Their reception desk made it clear they could figure out my retired military insurance. Their website and reminder call made patient onboarding easy. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. I then had the most comprehensive dental exam of my life, including more X-ray angles I have ever had, gum recession and thickness? assessment, and a thorough exam by the doctor. This was followed up by a cleaning by a hygienist which was excellent. Both the doctor and hygienist scheduled me on the spot for follow up appointments. I received a follow up text with these appointments which I could automatically plug into my phone calendar. Everyone was happy but efficient and effective, even with COVID precautions. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Beyond my expectations is the only way to describe my dental visit. Very clean, very friendly, state of the art equipment and techniques. The work I received was painfree and dare I say, perfect. My fillings look and feel better than my natural teeth. I can't thank them enough for a great dental experience.
